住了兩晚,第三天一早打算去九龍潭玩一兩小時就返程,七點多準備出發的時候前台叫我們把東西都收拾好,和他們解釋也不聽一定要我們收拾東西,明明是十二點前都能退房的,一副趕人走的態度,說他們等下衛生做來不及,前台一再強調我們不可能12點前趕得回來!結果我們那天早上十點半就結束了行程,真的有被無語到!就是怕退房來不及才起早的,這樣的結局還不如睡到自然醒,也是頭一回遇到趕人的服務態度。
