Toujours super, nous y sommes retourné après la bonne expérience 2023, on a pu obtenir la même chambre qui était vraiment bien. Mini disco pour les enfants et spectacles superbes tous les soirs. Bref, mêmes commentaires que 2023... avec moins de méduses... On reviendra sûrement....

Hôtel idéal pour les adeptes du tourisme de masse
Points positifs: l’environnement extérieur de l’hôtel très bien entretenu avec belles végétations. De plus, il est situé en bord de plage avec accès direct à celle-ci. Spectacles le soir ce qui est appréciable lorsqu’on est avec des enfants.
Pour le reste, la propreté de la chambre laisse clairement à désirer: odeur de renfermé dès que l’on ouvre la porte, insonorisation inexistante ce qui fait qu’on entend tout ce qui se passe (voisins ds chambre, femmes de ménage, bruit extérieur). Miroir de la salle de bain maculé de traces de rouille, moisissures sur le carrelage de la douche, poussière sur les tables de nuit, traces sous le lit qui n’ont pas été nettoyées du début à la fin de notre séjour de 3 nuits. Pour ce qui est de la literie elle est de très mauvaise qualité, impossible de dormir matelas et traversin très durs (pas d’oreillers).
Plus généralement, sentiment d’être dans un hôtel usine qui brasse des centaines de touristes avec un bruit incessant notamment au restaurant qui bien qu’il soit pourvu d’une très belle vue, ne brille pas non plus par la qualité de la nourriture proposée.

Hotel familiar junto a playa pequeña
Es un hotel muy grande, con espacios para niños y adultos, actividades y bonitas vistas. Le hace falta un poco de reforma y más empleados en el comedor, había momentos que se quedaban sin platos y con muchas mesas para limpiar con clientes esperando para sentarse, los empleados eran muy rápidos y atentos, pero eran pocos para tantos clientes. El segundo día se terminó la Nutella en el desayuno y no volvieron a tener los cuatro días después que estuvimos, a los niños les encanta y no entendimos que no pusieran más. El personal es muy amable y atento. La ubicación junto a una pequeña playa muy bonita.

Like many of the reviews we have read since our trip we were disappointed with our experience of this resort. We had filtered our holiday search for 4 star locations with Jet 2. We paid not an insignificant amount for 10 nights. On arrival we were dismayed to found our room was across a road and downstairs into a dark dingy corridor. Our room was showing as 28 degrees on the thermostat. We plugged our room card in & switched on the air con. Our room was on the road level with our small veranda next to the road. To say this wasn’t the 4 star type room we were used to was an understatement. First use of the bathroom - the towel rail fell off the wall & the toilet was not clean. After 8 hours of air con being on the room was still 28 degrees ! We complained to reception & will say the staff were obliging & moved us to a better room. Our ongoing complaint is with regard to the marketing of this resort. It is not clear that the Cala blanca part of the resort is not 4 star. It should be noted also that there are only 2 choices of places to eat - one is always Mexican food (buffet) in the evenings & the other is usual buffet style & whilst the food was nice it is rarely hot. There are very limited places to go in the evening with one bar closing at 11pm & the other 12pm. There is nothing nearby either. I felt like I was on a saga holiday- although you would struggle to get around if you were - as very hilly (the website does state this though). We have since made an official comprehensive complaint to Jet 2 who whilst sent a comprehensive reply, did not agree with our points and feel their marketing is not misleading in any way. I still beg to differ
