Hotel location is good, 2 swimming pools. Breakfast is a simple continental breakfast. There is no problem with full food. The equipment of the hotel belongs to the old America, everything is old American furniture, clean and clean. Barbara is a non-smoking city. If you want to smoke, you can't be in the hotel garden. To walk to the back of the hotel, I remember parking at the hotel seems to be 30 USD / night VALET PARKING is convenient. Drive. Ride in the hotel's blue bicycle town. Remember to get a bicycle lock when you pick up the bicycle. In addition, I would like to say that I am not satisfied with the booking service provided by Ctrip this time. 1- Ctrip's price shows that all tax-included prices are 1,000 cheaper than Booking and other website prices. So I chose Ctrip after comparison. But When I left this hotel, the hotel paid a city tax and two other items such as miscellaneous charges on the bill. I think there is a suspicion that Ctrip does not add these two items in order to show low prices. .Other booking sites have clearly written that Santa Barbara has a city tax, but Ctrip, hey. I just want to use this word to describe it. The experience is very bad. 2- I booked a double bed and arrived at the hotel. Hotel Gave me a family room. This made me very annoyed, so I went back to the front desk to ask what was going on. After the front desk inquiry, the front desk said that someone had assigned me a room type in advance. But the order was indeed a 2 bed room. Anyway The front desk waited for 20 minutes to be allocated a twin room.

We were really looking forward to experiencing a 4 night stay here and were sure it would be the highlight of our 3 week trip across the States to celebrate our anniversary . However we were left a little disappointed with a few aspects during our stay. We arrived a little earlier than guaranteed check in time and enjoyed relaxing in the bar and on the chairs overlooking Santa Barbara. However, we were not contacted after check in time and had to ask twice and so check in was later than expected. Our room was stunning though and worth the wait. Highlights were definitely the view, setting above Santa Barbara, the relaxed atmosphere and terrace for meals. However, it was mainly service that was disappointing for such a high end hotel. Breakfast was erratic. Day one was spot on, day two we had to ask for missing items, day three took over an hour and on our final morning it was twenty minutes before we managed to even get a drink let alone someone to take an order. The pool area is stunning visually, however, don’t take a bed near the pool room unless you want all the staff gossip, though it was entertaining! Plus it took over half an hour for a glass of fizz to arrive and when it did, it was luke warm - just not what you’d expect. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant on our first night but the menu didn’t offer enough choice for us to dine there again. We didn’t manage to book the shuttle but ubers were easy to come by. I think perhaps if we’d have stayed one night, we’d have been more ‘wowwed’ and the cracks wouldn’t have been so apparent. For a leading hotel of the world a little polish and elbow grease is needed to be truly worthy of the title.

East Beach
The hotel is very good, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is very delicious, there is a special special offer, the hotel is on the beach, the beach is just a street away, the beach is beautiful. Parking service is also very good, but if you want to park in the hotel, you can only valet parking, you need to spend 32USD, the orange ticket given by the waiter must be collected, you must have a small ticket to pick up the car, when you go, it is recommended A 10USD tip for the valet parking attendant. The service quality of the waiter is also very good, very friendly to the children, and the children are very happy to play. I recommend everyone to go to Santa Barbara to stay at this hotel, praise! ! !

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BOOK with this absolutely disgusting and poorly run excuse for an inn. We had an absolutely horrific experience. We requested a room with a fridge, as we needed it to keep life saving medicine at a cold temperature. We arrive to an unplugged fridge, and called the front desk, 8 times, about setting the fridge and various issues in our room and no one ever answered. I went myself to check on the staff and they said they weren't sure how to navigate the fridge temperature (said 3 was coldest between 1-6?) Our sinks were clogged the whole time. The bathroom was moldy, grimy and chipped. There was no water pressure in the shower so we ended up not even using the shower. The towels and linens were too few, and stained. The noise levels were intolerable. I spoke with front desk staff who assured me they were documenting my concerns and that the manager, Conrad would be following up and that I would be very well taken care of by management. They also looked into the issue and found that the phone systems were down while we stayed there, which is not safe and another entire issue. I requested our stay to be comped due to the excessive number of issues, but there was never a manager to speak to and the staff continually assured me I would be contacted and taken care of by Conrad. Later that day, this is the response I received via email: ”Hey Julie, Our corporate office investigated your stay and we regret to inform you that a refund will not be issued. Best, Lemon Tree Staff” What a sorry excuse for an inn, incredibly poor staffing, and untrained management. I both called and e-mailed ”Corporate” and the phone lines were dead and the email was returned. Apparently you cannot reach anyone that might resolve your concerns and issues. I requested the team have Corporate reach out to me, over a week ago, still no call. The whole operation is based out of India and is completely inaccessible. This is absolutely unacceptable for hospitality. This Inn is a scam.

I came in with my husband to celebrate our honeymoon. I spoke with Ella over the phone wanting to make our experience extra special. She was extremely helpful booking and picking treatments and responding to my messages very quickly. Ella ended up being the one who checked us in, and we were greeted by a gift and hand written card. It was so sweet and special. She even remembered our name which we thought was so sweet LOL! Check in was smooth and I felt so welcomed. Adi was so kind and helpful setting up my locker showing me around the facilities. I relaxed at the spa pool for the remainder of my spa trip and checked out with suli and Beth who were very sweet and even gave me a treat bag with some mini spa products. This honeymoon was extra special and me and my husband had amazing massages with Owen and Heather. We had a wonderful experience at the spa. Although prices were high it was worth it!!

Santa Barbara Urban Wine Trail
This expensive room actually only gives a Queen Size bed, I went to sleep with my mother, I can only add another bed, check out and see more than $75... It’s really drunk... Three thousand One night... It’s really huh... oh, breakfast is OK, the garden is good, the middle of the table can be burned in the middle of the night, but smoking can only go to a corner of the backyard. Anyway, a thousand and ten thousand is no price/performance ratio. The experience that comes out is that it is better to live in a large chain hotel, such as intercontinental and hilton. At least there is a bottom line standard... with inn or forget it...
