I real love this hotel my dear reception lady she name Yasmina she is very very nice and good lady helpful and like to meet people all around the world I found she have passion to her work place and I felt happy to be her friend in Ibzia and made my stay have a very good memory love her so much hope to see her again somewhere in the world

Written originally on 26th April: Carolina checked us in, and answered all of our questions - such a great help and very kind too. We also needed help with something and she came to the room promptly! Air con and heating works well in room, and the room is clean and spacious too. Masjid nearby too. We were checked-out on Friday 26th April with heartwarming farewells by Yasmina and Jessica, we couldn't be happier with our stay at the hotel thanks to the hospitality, care and friendliness of all the staff we encountered throughout the days. Yasmina gave fantastic suggestions for our time on the Island. She listened well to our needs and we had an enjoyable time chatting about life on the island. I wish all staff well, and please extend our thanks to the staff!

When we booked they don’t show one fee we have to pay. They don’t have restaurant our place to eat.

Just arrived back from a lovely bank holiday stay at this hotel. The location is excellent being only 2 minutes walk from Restaurant Street and around 5 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel is kept immaculately clean with an adequate continental choice at breakfast provided. Especially novel was the pancake maker that you wave at and it then produces a pancake! The pool is absolutely gorgeous, you can tell it is well attended to and the sun loungers are very comfortable. It never gets overcrowded and there is no need to reserve any loungers. We liked the fact it wasn't overly packed and it was easy to relax there with occasional chilled music being played. The room we stayed in had a view of the pool, was spacious, had a safe and fridge. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. No complaints from me about the room at all. All staff at reception were very professional, helpful and welcoming. Always on hand to answer any queries you had. I would have no hesitation to recommend this hotel which we thought was very good value for money.

I would not normally book a 2 star hotel but after reading the reviews I thought I would give this hotel a chance. It was a last minute short holiday with my daughter and we wanted to visit Santa Eularia due to the reviews of the area. We wanted somewhere that was quieter than the normal clubbing part of Ibiza. The hotel was very clean and the pool area was lovely with very good quality sunbeds. Staff were friendly and stored our bags until our room was ready. The air conditioning in the rooms was essential as it was vey hot. The beds were comfortable and there was shampoo and shower gel provided. I think the reason for the 2 stars is only because of the lack of some basic items you may expect. There was no tea and coffee making facilities, no fridge which would have been very useful, there was no light on the balcony, no smart tv (only a basic one but it did not matter as we took a tablet), no iron or hairdryer (although this did not concern us on our short break). This hotel seems like a hidden treasure, the pool was so quiet and it felt like having our own pool. It was very clean. I enjoyed it so much that I am going back in 5 days with my husband for the weekend. I will certainly come again too with my whole family as it is such a bargain for what you get. The hotel is so close the the beach, restaurants and shops so you can walk there in 5 minutes or so. The cafes and restaurants are also a bonus. My daughter is vegan and we also need gluten free options and all of those are catered for. Thanks so much

Very good lovely staff great fruit. Jasmine is very friendly.the light is great. Comfortable beds. My friend jake told me about this place. He has been to the island before. Love it here intact. Big fan. Anyways, you should stay here one hundred percent!

Great little hotel in great location, staff could not have been nicer, pool area was lovely and really clean, as were rooms, very spacious with everything you need. would definitely stay here again if in Santa eulalia

We are home from a very lovely and relaxing stay here. April 27th till 2nd May. My husband was competing at the age group duathlon sprit distance race on the Saturday. We arrived early around 11am and they let us check in which was 3 hrs early, great start. We requested a room when booking on a lower floor as there was no lift and we were given a room on the first floor. Ideal with a bike box. Plenty space in the room for bike and bike box to be kept. Comfortable bed and a small balcony which didn’t look too safe and 1 loose tile but I still went out. Shower took ages to heat up but knowing this on the first day we just popped the shower on ten mins before actually going in and problem solved. We didn’t eat at the hotel. Bars and restaurants, beach and ferry port all within walking distance. Pool area clean and tidy and lovely and relaxing with some chill music in the background and a bar. Close to bus stop to Ibiza town and a taxi rank nearby as well. Requested a large taxi the day before leaving to take us to the airport at 7am. The lady on reception rang and requested this for us. On leaving smooth check out but the taxi was a normal one which we couldn’t fit the bike box in with us. The taxi driver said no big taxis this early on a morning so would of been helpful if the lady on reception would of told us this. So we had to take two which cost us double. Would defo stay here again. Thanks 😊

Just home after 12 days. Absolutely loved our visit & will defo be back. Great location, only a couple of street back from bars/restaurants Pool & pool area spotless & always quiet enough to change loungers to follow the sun or be in shade if needed. Great choices for breakfast. Beds made & towels changed every day, we even got a beautiful swan & flower made from towels & a lovely message left on my birthday. Special mention to Avril who was amazing & very helpful. Met some great people too.

We loved the hotel - great service from the staff. Immaculate swimming pool and excellent location. We found the beds comfortable and the room was kept clean and today. It was fun having a pool table by the bar.

Hotel is basic but clean staff very good and pleasant except 1 guy who was on reception during day was very unpleasant didn’t acknowledge us at all the guy who was on at night was very nice and helpful. Pool area was ok always sun-loungers available, the shower needs attention as tiles are coming off also need notice to say area at side of pool was very slippy did see some people fall. The bar closes at 7.30pm each night which was surprising as we like to stay in and have a drink in hotel some nights.Rooms were basic and need more drawer space had to leave clothes in suitcase small hanging space area balconies need attention broken tiles on floor The hotel is in a nice quiet area and the pool was a great bonus as it was €27 to hire beds and parasol on beach. Thankfully we were on 1st floor as no lift in hotel but night reception guy was very helpful carrying cases down.

We chose this hotel knowing it was a 2 star but trusted in Jet2 that the basics would be covered They weren’t We accepted that there was no lift despite the hotel being on 3 floors, that there was no hairdryer or fridge, that the balcony door was hanging off its hinges and wouldn’t lock, that there was no bath mat and that breakfast was poor - hard boiled eggs were actually not cooked so made a bit of a mess when trying to crack them !!! That’s what you get for a 2 star What we couldn’t accept was the pool being filthy (tab ends and even a price tag in the bottom of the pool for the 4 days we were there) Bins by the pool overflowing for days and glasses not cleared away Miserable attitude by reception staff who made us wait until 10.00am on the dot before opening the door to the pool despite us being the only ones waiting And the pool bar being shut from lunchtime one day due to “no personnel” ….. after waiting for 15 mins to be served (no notice saying the pool bar was shut) No courtesy room to get showered in for our late check out …. Just the downstairs ladies loo Unless we wanted to hire a room for €60 All in all really disappointing Hotel needs updating and staff need to change their attitude Would not recommend or return Disappointing Jet2

Our bar staff was not available for a moment one of the days. However, the bar was still open for the meantime, with the assistance of our staff. We do not have any courtesy room. But, if there is availability, you can always ask for late check-out. Lastly, is it important to highlight that we are convinced about the commitment and the excellent work done by all our team, who always considers the satisfaction of our guests as its first priority.
