Great location by the sea if you are looking to see palermos true culture! Lovely room with a view of the ocean and walking distance to restaurants even for a late night dinner. Near the Park of Parrots, and a 10 min taxi ride away from central Palermo which i recommend you visit.

One night stay went well, room cleaning ok, for cleaning the bathroom I would have preferred more accuracy. As soon as we arrived they changed our room due to a problem with the air conditioner in the one assigned. The only flaw: they opened the room for us while we were sleeping for cleaning (this at 10:20, check out is by 11).

Friendly reception staff, very large hotel room with full bathroom and walk in wardrobe, lovely restaurant, lots of seating options and lovely pool (not heated though). Great walking distance from botanical gardens and the old town part of Palermo as well as the marina front.

The room was okay. The staff was okay. The breakfast wasn’t really good. There wasn’t any kind of fruits, just pastries joghurt and two kind of cold cuts. and streets were really so i wouldn’t go there again. I think if you go to palermo you should go to an apartman or airbnb. We should do that too

The location of the hotel is good, at the junction of the old city and the new city, on the second main road. With a long history and luxurious style, the breakfast room is like a small palace, and the breakfast variety is also rich. It is the old problem of this type of hotel. The air-conditioning on the upper floors is loud, but later it was changed to a lower floor. The service is good.

I have only good things to say, location, cleaning and attention. It is an old, restored building that I loved because it keeps its essence, stairs, large and high roof entrance. The picture is the picture in the official website. The hotel has only eight rooms in total and the elevator can only accommodate two people. My breakfast is not included, so the breakfast is not clear. There are large closets, desks, chairs, single looking sofas, shelves, bedside tables, refrigerators. No slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste. Other washes have. Someone will clean the room every day.
