It´s an old 4* hotel. Breakfast is poor. The room was clean and spaceful.

Nice hotel with swimming pool

I have known the Regio for a while. A good 4-star hotel that is offered at a very reasonable price. Large rooms with bathtub and balcony. The hotel could be a bit closer to the city center. To compensate, there are plenty of parking spaces. The breakfast used to be average. I don't recommend the bar. A fairly small coffee costs 1.90 and the tostadas are not good. I can recommend the empanadas from a nearby bakery. There is a Leclerc about 3 km away.

Away from the city, but very quiet. In the end it's what I'm looking for. There is a bus that takes you to the center of Salamanca. Santa Marta de Thormes is 10 minutes walk away. A walk . The best is the hotel pool. Otherwise, the hotel is clean, good parking and pleasant staff. It is the fifth or sixth time I have gone and I will return.

Excellent value for money. Located on the outskirts of Salamanca, in Santa Marta de Tormes, about 10 minutes' drive from the university campus, and about 8 kilometers of urban roads. This is a fairly large hotel complex; there is also a campsite with the same property in the complex, and they share some services, such as tennis courts, gardens and swimming pools. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. There is no parking problem. Good price.

Only stayed for one night as part of a tour group. It has character, with a lovely room and balcony. Sadly the nice looking pool was shut (it's winter in September!). Dinner was a little strange - huge lasagne as starter (very nice), pork with whole baked apples (also nice if a bit off), then a bowl of custard. No choice, presumably as we were a group. Good breakfast with plenty of choice, though no cooked items.

The hotel is not located in Zamora, but in the surroundings. There is a bus service at the door to the city, but we didn't use it because we had a car. Parking is free and very large. There's practically nothing near. The building is very large, and the rooms are quite spacious. Unfortunately it had a strange smell, which we could not understand its origin. The decoration is similar to medieval times, which ends up giving it a heavy look. Breakfast had little variety, but everything basic was available. The best thing is the pool, which is huge (30 meters!!!!) and has another one dedicated to children, which we didn't use. The surrounding space is also pleasant with a good lawn and shade from trees, which allows for a very pleasant pool day even with a lot of heat.

We wanted a nice place close to, but not too close, to the center of Salamanca... And our choice of the Regio hotel was perfect. Large and convenient parking lot The hotel itself is really nice with: Efficient welcome and check-in. Spacious, clean and comfortable room with ensuite bathroom and balcony. Good and generous breakfast with a good selection of items. Huge swimming pool (shared with the campsite nearby). A few restaurant options within walking distance. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay. Highly recommended!

Really big site next to a very nice hotel. Our site was huge. We didn’t need to book. The facilities included a wash for the motorhome - with cleaning fluid and brush! Very large toilet block which was very impressive. Limited shop but bread ordered each morning. Great access to Salamanca which is gorgeous

In my family we are lifelong customers and we have always been given impeccable treatment. We don't like that the cafeteria service has been separated from the restaurant service. We love the mixed dishes there, but we don't like that now they can no longer be ordered in the window area, so pleasant to eat. It would be ideal to be able to order anything in any area of ​​the bar/restaurant, both from one menu and the other.

We had a perfect stay in this hotel for two nights to visit Salamanca, with a very good quality-price ratio. The hotel is 5 minutes by car from the center, so without a car, I would not recommend it, since it is far from everything. On the other hand, with a car, it is perfect, because it has a very large parking lot, and when you return from visiting the city, there are no problems. The hotel is quite large, and it looks old, but the truth is that it is well maintained and very clean. It has a large reception, as well as a lounge next to the bar-restaurant where you can play cards or read. The room is quite large, and the bed comfortable. Quiet and noise-free sleep. The bathroom is the same, large and spacious. We took the nights with breakfast, basic, but with everything we needed, pastries, juices, coffee, fruit, cold cuts (very good) and some hot food. Since it was winter, we couldn't use the pool. The truth is that we have been very good both nights.

The hotel shares facilities with a campsite, but on the dates I went it was not noticeable. The reception staff is friendly and efficient. The hallways are a bit baroque and the hotel shows its age, but also the effort to improve the facilities. The wifi, acceptable. The room, large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom has been recently renovated and has the typical amenities. The food is quite good and the waiters at the bar counter are a prodigy of efficiency and friendliness. A fantastic option to visit Salamanca at a reasonable price.

It is an old school hotel, the room is spacious, impeccable, the sheets are of very good quality, when I arrived the room was already hotter than that in Salamanca and at this time of year you have to take it into account. I was on a regime half board, the waiters are always attentive to everything, the dinners are very delicious and of quality. The receptionists are charming and the situation is very good, very close to Salamanca but it is a haven of peace, the gardens are very well maintained and beautiful. I will return without hesitation. I love this hotel, thank you!

Great hotel, although somewhat dated, very spacious, quality food, outstanding buffets and very polite and pleasant service. The only thing that's missing is the coverage. In the living rooms and dining rooms there is very little of any company. Otherwise, perfect. I highlight the cafeteria service for providing exceptional and pleasant treatment.
