Huntley Santa Monica Beach Reviews

It was my first time staying with Huntley Hotel, but the experience was exceptional. Room is spacious and clean, it’s close to the breach. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Staff could have been more friendly. Dining on the penthouse level is wonderful.

The service was very bad. I specifically confirmed that slippers were provided before checking in, so I didn't bring my own. After checking in, I found that there were no slippers. I asked the front desk, and the attitude was very bad. They said that the slippers were out of stock and the logistics had not arrived yet. They also said that the logistics in the United States was very slow... Let me bear it for a while... I was shocked. Shouldn't the hotel have its own perfect inventory system? It's not a motel. Such a big hotel will wait until the inventory is out before ordering? It's really very unprofessional. There was no apology, just a matter of course. For people with mysophobia, walking barefoot on the floor of the hotel is really disgusting, especially since the hotel allows dogs to stay. It's hard to imagine how many bacteria and secretions there are on their carpets... When we lined up to check in, we were at the back of the line. There was a white woman in front of us. Because we waited in line for a long time, the hotel service staff took the initiative to ask the white woman if she wanted to drink something, and didn't even give us a look. To be honest, after living abroad for so many years, the United States is the worst country I have ever seen for Asians. I will never book this hotel again.

The room is quite big, a bit old, but the quality is very good. The big bed and sofa bed are very comfortable. The elevator is a bit slow because there are so many people. The two elevators are very small and you have to wait for a long time. There is no swimming pool. There is a free private driver who can pick up and drop off within a three-mile radius of the hotel. Bicycles are free to borrow. Parking is valet parking service. Self parking is not allowed.

The room is very spacious, the bed is 1.5 and very spacious. There is also a separate cloakroom, but the bathroom is a bit small. The front desk staff is also very friendly. However, the price is not very cost-effective for this price, which may be because it is by the sea, but it is very close to the beach, the beach is very beautiful, and it only takes a few minutes to walk. There are many restaurants around to choose from, which is quite convenient.

I spent an extra 30 bucks to upgrade the floor of my room, but it wasn't necessary. It was the only option when I arrived. The stairwells were very small. There were only two bottles of water in the room for free. The internet was free. It was close to the beach, and there was a Target supermarket about 10 minutes' walk away. Anyway, I paid over 3,000 for the location. The service was okay. A facility fee of about 30 to 40 dollars was deducted from the deposit when I checked out. Overall, it was okay.

A super bad experience. The hotel is located in downtown Santa Monica and security is very poor. Parking at the hotel costs 55 dollars a night. The public parking lot next door was stolen on the first day. On the last day, I stopped at the hotel to help charge the battery, but the valets didn't give me a clear handover during the shift change and didn't give me a charge. I was really impressed. The hotel has no environment at all, it's just very bad anyway! And the toilet is huge

The room is relatively large, with twin beds, each bed is 1.5 meters. The room decoration, lamps and bedding are more elegant. Go out to the right, turn left at the intersection for about 50 meters and you will arrive at Santa Monica Beach. The hotel is in a relatively central location with many restaurants. Hotel parking is more expensive, it costs 55 knives. But there is a public parking lot on the street behind, 15 dollars for 24 hours, 20 dollars on Saturday and Sunday.
