My room on the fifth floor thank you for owner to take my laggauge to my room and bring it down when I check out early near fes old town and blue gate.the complimentary is rooftop view.

There are bedbugs in the Riad. There are bedbugs in the Riad. Il y a des punaises de lit dans le Riad. We were in a room and they bit me in several places, I killed 3 and as a result of the bites I had an allergic reaction, they moved us to another room and they bit me again since that room was also infested. The hotel management knows this since they defend themselves by saying that a French tourist brought them. They ignored the medical costs that their lack of hygiene has caused me. We have had to throw away part of the luggage due to the risk that a bedbug or egg could have gotten into the suitcase or among the clothes, we have had to buy products to disinfect part of the luggage and leave it in quarantine. It is a very serious crime against public health. Very negligent.

Beautiful place to stay. 100% recommendable. Very attentive and helpful.

We couldn't have found a better hostel. Super clean, friendly staff that helps you any time you need. Impressive sights. Be careful if you don't like stairs, because there are quite a few steps... Now, they take you to a terrace where you see all of Fez elbali. You can eat at the hostel with prior notice. Very good couscous with chicken and vegetables. You can eat on the terrace with those beautiful views. The location is very good. 10 minutes from the blue door and 5 minutes from the central square of the medina (wooden museum). The area is not dangerous, I never felt afraid walking through the alleys. I recommend eating at The Ruin Garden. Beautiful and not very expensive.

Very satisfied with the stay, the boss is free and easy and the employees are attentive. The young boss speaks fluent English and everything is arranged properly👍👍

The site and the facilities more than acceptable; The location is not bad, but it is located a 15-minute walk from the Blue Gate and two alleys from one of the main streets of the Medina. However, the attention on the part of the boy who wears it leaves much to be desired. It's nice, but with us it was quite borderline: -He did not make it easy for us to reach the Dar. -He did not give us dinner one of the days, when we notified one day in advance. He told us that it was not possible, but to a French lady, he did, and later than to us. -Breakfast was served from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and one of the days, at 9:45 a.m., he knocked on the door for us to go out for breakfast. -To the rest of the guests, French, he gave them a bottle of water for the day and nothing to us and he didn't even look at us. -He did not provide us with accompaniment to go from Dar to the Blue Gate to take a taxi and go to the airport (we left at 4am and tourists are not recommended to walk through the Medina of Fez after 7:30pm).

decent Riyad. some standing water near the shower area due to incorrect slope on the flooring in the room I stayed. I request Management to fix it. Overall pretty nice place.

Place was in a great spot, near the souk and some terrific restaurants. I would have scored the place higher but I left strict instructions not to clean up or go into my room and they kept doing so despite me reiterating the point. The young fellow on the desk was really caring and helpful.

One of my favorite stays in Morocco has been at Dar el Ouedghiri. The friendliest staff and the most authentic Moroccan experience I have had. Would definitely stay again when I visit Fes again!

Great breakfast and staff. The rooftop was fabulous offering great views over the rooftops and the general panarama of fes. Breakfast up here was excellent, both due to the view and the generous food offerings, although more coffee would be appreciated (only enough for 2 small cups, but it was so delicious). Narrow steep stairs to the different rooms was a problem for anyone with health issues. No tv for entertainent but certainly not needed.

Great stay at an absolutely beautiful Riad. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice. Breakfast every morning was simple but perfect. Beautiful room, good air conditioning and amenities.
