Great stay at De Sol, everything in our room looks new and the amenities are amazing! We were warmly welcomed by the staff at the hotel who were so amazing to allow us to check in slightly earlier. Room was huge with a sofa and sufficient amenities. The buffet breakfast was also great with a good range of food!

The room was clean and good location, they have parking and breakfast was really good, but was very disappointed when at the checkout they charged money for the coffe from the room. For a 5* hotel to charge money for 2 coffees is low. I didn’t mind paying it but didn’t expect that.

They said it was a food buffet, but after checking it on paper, Serve food that looks like it’s been a few days They say you can't use the sauna spa in winter because it's closed. I think I should take a sauna in the summer. It's a bit far from Thira. It's a 40-minute walk.

The service of the hotel is very good, The staff will warmly lead us into the room. Everyone's face is full of smiles, the overall experience is very good, and the price is very high. The hotel's transportation is not very convenient, but there is a free shuttle bus to fira station. The bus stop near the hotel is a Mexican stop, which needs to be explained in advance with the driver of the local bus, otherwise it will not stop.

The environment is quite good and the front desk is very helpful, but the transportation is not convenient. It takes 30 minutes to walk to Fira and 40 minutes to take the bus back from the Red Beach. There is no prudent option to rent a car.

It's my fault that my English skills are poor, but the staff made me feel bad. The hotel itself is clean and the breakfast is delicious. Please note that the shuttle service does not seem to be available during the winter.

In fact, the whole thing is okay, the staff is nice, and they are all smiling when they see you. The facilities are good, there is a jacuzzi. The breakfast is delicious. I suggest you book it. The hotel is generally good. Health and facilities are good. The service is also satisfactory. The hotel has cooperative partners: I have used yacht appointments, airport pick-up and drop-off services, and private chartered cars upstream of the island. They are very good and I am very satisfied. Even if there is a small problem in the middle, Sadian will help to contact and communicate to solve it. There is a shuttle bus in Sadian to pick up Huangla Town, the main town, which is very convenient.

The hotel is full of memories. The hotel can help to book sightseeing trips. The restaurant in the hotel is also the best on the island. The breakfast is very rich. I met very warm people. It is a place with a very good aura. I also saw the Big Dipper~

Del Sol Spa Hotel is an amazing hotel. It is absolutely World Class. First stayed at this hotel in November last year and l absolutely fell in love with it. The crew and the pilots on my flight stayed at the hotel. This is how I knew l had picked a real winner. To get to the hotel we arranged for a taxi to pick us up from Santorini airport which cost us 25 euros. The journey is about 10 to 15 minutes to get to the hotel. The hotel is also about 30 minutes walk into Fira Town. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service into town and the hotel from April to October, which is a real treat. There is quite a lot of shops nearby. Outside the hotel is a mini market, a place to rent cars, ATV scooters. Few minutes walk is a clothing store, Lidl, chemist and banks. The hotel is away from all the noise in the town. The hotel has everything you need for a perfect stay in Santorini, beautiful rooms with amazing decor, comfy beds, a little patio with beautiful views, gorgeous swimming pool, spa facilities, a wonderful restaurant which serves mediterranean cuisine, amazing breakfast in the mornings, lunch and dinner, a barbecue area, children's playground and conference room. What makes this hotel so special is their wonderful and amazing staff members. The staff always ensure that we are getting the best of everything. Their reception can organise a catamaran cruise tour and wine tasting day trips for you, which are absolutely excellent. You will feel so much at home at Del Sol Spa Hotel. I would like to thank all their staff members: Demitris for encouraging us to revisit Santorini during Easter to experience Easter in Greece and explaining to us why the eggs were painted red, all the advise you gave us was truly appreciated. Michael your service was impeccable at breakfast for everyone, Victoria, Jenny, George, Aggelopoulos, Costa, Alexandre, Joanne, Anna, Maria, Chara, Aspasia, John and Demitris. You guys are absolutely exceptional. Thank you for making our stay so special. We hope to see you again soon. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santorini.
