I really want to complain about this hotel to avoid pitfalls. Let me talk about Ctrip first. I paid the full amount for two nights a few days ago. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk said that they had not received the money and asked me to pay another 150 euros. After more than an hour of arguing, I couldn't pay it. The money was not returned to me until I left the hotel. Secondly, this hotel can't be called a hotel. The bed frame, table, and shower room are all made of cement. The floor is painted directly. After taking a shower, the water on the floor is very slippery. The windows are so small that it looks like a cave. The most annoying thing is that when we went back to the hotel to pack up at noon, they actually packed our luggage and put it at the front desk. The things were stuffed in a mess. The room was already being cleaned, but there were no guests waiting to check in. Dear friends, please be cautious when booking this hotel. The price is not low, and the service and facilities are too poor, which seriously affects the good mood of traveling. The photos are too disgusting, I can't bear to upload them!

Avoid the pit! Avoid the pit! I stayed there for 4 days without wifi. I reported it to them on the first day, but the hotel just turned away and refused to solve the problem. On the first day, I even said to find someone to fix it. The next day they said there was no problem with their wifi. I asked them to go to the room to try it out, but they didn't go.
