The hotel was in a perfect location - close enough yet far enough from the crowds - all within a 10 min slow pace walking distance. Service n hospitality were AMAZING !! Food n Drinks were GREAT !! 100% RECOMMENDED !!!

We stayd here in the end of september. All was perfekt . I reccomended rent car for visit Samtorini island.

The hotel is very new, with large rooms, good views, and complete facilities. It belongs to the form of a resort. There are battery cars to help transport luggage. There are many swimming pools. The outdoor landscape is super beautiful. You can walk to the nearby Fira Town. It is a very cost-effective hotel.

The view from across the street into the caldera was absolutely amazing! Staff was very patient and helpful.

Great place, the photos do not do it justice. Plenty of pools and sun beds, plus indoor pool, bonus on a cloudy day (stayed in October) I would avoid the loft top rooms as ceiling is extremely low and I’m 5ft2. Over fabulous stay

Overall our stay at El Greco was great. I think it would have been even better if the pools were heated. There was some discrepancies between staff but overall our stay was great.

Good property & location. Found staff not as welcoming (compared to other places we stayed at during the visit to Greece. Note - they don’t provide tissue box.

Very positive first stay. We were fortunate to get a 300 level room which afforded views of the water in front and back. Staff was helpful. Food was good, not great. Pools were very cold (not heated) but refreshing in the heat of day. Location was convenient to Fira with shopping and plenty of food choices. Our room was in need of some paint. Odd things: bathroom door opens up and hits toilet. Only one switch for all the lights so you had all or nothing. No good cooking utensils for the kitchen or a frying pan. No paper products like towels or Kleenex. Great things: the views! Choice of pools and two restaurants on property. Easy walk into town. WIFI connection worked well. Employees were all very helpful. We would stay again here but spend meals more off property.

Staff was great. Maria -concierge was wonderful, helpful and kind. She exemplifies what customer service should be. She is a wonderful asset to this company. Her beautiful smile and energy is contagious.

We had a lovely stay at El Greco. They organised transport from the ferry to the hotel. This was €35 for semi private transfer but we had the vehicle to ourselves. The breakfast was excellent. A good range of fruits, eggs and bacon as well as cereals and pastries. The staff were extremely welcoming at breakfast. Great range of drink choices for morning juices, teas and coffee. We loved a long slow breakfast!!!! We also made use of the gym, it was small but it had everything you need for a workout. The three pools meant that it didn’t feel overcrowded. We could easily walk to Thira and from there we also caught to bus to Oia for €1.60. Lovely stay at El Greco, I would recommend this to my friends.

This property has a shabby kind of charm. I honestly believe it would be a 5 star if the breakfast offering was better. It’s a fantastic location and the staff CANNOT do enough for you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel!!
