This is a wonderful family hotel with several villas, located near the beach (stony, like everywhere else on Santorini) in Akrotiri. It's about a 500m walk from the villa to the nearest beach, which involves going down to the sea and up again to return. Right across the road from the hotel, there's a small supermarket and a coffee shop, and if you walk a bit further, you'll find plenty of cafes and restaurants, so food isn't an issue. The hotel offers a breakfast with a variety of choices (a standard menu including eggs cooked in different ways, yogurt, granola, fruits, tea/coffee, croissants, and more). To reach Santorini's tourist centers (Oia and Fira), you'll need transportation – either take the bus from a nearby stop or rent a car for 70-85 euros per day. We hardly used the villa's pool because it was windy during our stay in mid-July, but on the last day, the wind died down, and I think the pool would have been perfect then. The pool itself is small and clean. The rooms are also clean and have everything you need (kettle, tea set, toiletries, hairdryer), the mattresses are comfortable, and the internet is good. However, the best thing about this hotel is the hospitality of the owners (who live on-site). A special thanks to Masya – he practically organized our entire stay on Santorini, subtly recommending and then arranging almost all our activities during the vacation. Thanks to Masya, our holiday was 100% successful. In 5 days on Santorini, we fully immersed ourselves in the local area and visited the best locations. Masya not only directed us to what we believe are the best places but also independently, kindly, and free of charge organized our car rental, yacht rental, and even a complimentary round-trip transfer from the wonderful family restaurant Good Heart (huge and delicious portions of Greek cuisine with sunset views). I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect, aside from the location not being in the island's main tourist area. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the service was incredibly attentive. We bought a large watermelon, and the front desk staff kindly cut it up and delivered it to our room in three separate containers. The hotel also offers free parking. Overall, it's easily on par with big-name hotels like Four Seasons or InterContinental. Definitely five-star worthy!

I travelled with my friend. We liked everything very much, the location is great, the hotel is great too. The pool is very nice and cleaned every day. My recommendation for breakfast is to experiment with other types of food (I would like to see fish and not just fried eggs and scrambled eggs). In general, we liked everything and we can go back there again.

This is very nice hotel, with a charming owner and staff. The location is very calm, but you can reach the tourist sites easliy. Very nice value for money, highly recommended to easy travellers.

The staff is very warm! Breakfast will be delivered to the pool outside the room very pleasant! The only downside was that due to the cancellation of the flight, we arrived at the hotel one day later. We were unable to return the first night's room rate through Ctrip consultation. When I asked in the hotel, I still had to wait for the staff of this department to go to work! This is very unsatisfactory.

The hotel is a single-family villa with a large swimming pool. The scenery is still very good. Breakfast is served in the yard. The room is also a white dome, which is very stylish. The children are still observing the little lizards in the yard. The only fly in the ointment is the duplex building, but only children can sleep upstairs because the bed is relatively short. But it is very dangerous for children to sleep, the guardrail has no glass! Quite surprising! And the bath water on the second floor flows out, all the way outside. Generally speaking, I am quite satisfied.

A good hotel for accommodation. They arrived at night, warned the host in advance, as the settlement was up to 11, and we arrived at 1 hour of the night, the host prepared the room, left open together with the key. Thank you for the hospitality, breakfast is poor without meat, without omlet, but we did not wait 😎

Located on a hilltop in Santorini overlooking the Aegean Sea, the sunset is great! There is a beautiful swimming pool, the bedding is also very good, suitable for a quiet holiday, breakfast and dinner are very good! Recommended.
