O Hotel é ótimo, lindo, bem localizado, funcionários educados.
Já me hospedei várias vezes nele, porém dessa vez deixou um pouco a desejar. A ducha higiênica do nosso banheiro estava quebrada, não tinha espelho no quarto, no café da manhã demoraram demais pra fazer um simples pão na chapa e omelete, enfim, probleminhas pontuais.... Mesmo assim indico e voltarei pois adoro aquele local.

Nearby there are good restaurant options, so it is convenient to explore around.
The hotel itself is decent, standard. The swimming pool is good and the gym area has the basic.
The breakfast was pretty good, plenty of options.

It's our home in Santos! I always return with my family to this hotel. What I consider most valuable is the affection and recreation with the children, from breakfast to dinner. For parents, the accommodation ends up being more relaxing and peaceful. The entertainment team is wonderful, we always return to the hotel because we know that the recreation will take great care of our child. Happy son, dad and mom even happier.
I also highlight the great service at the pool bar with Hulk, great drinks (see photo).
I recommend rooms facing the avenue or on the side facing the beach. The back rooms are not so nice. I suggest taking greater care in the maintenance of the bathrooms (lights, door, plumbing), and as it is primarily a beach hotel, offer some type of clothesline for drying wet clothes.
I always recommend it to friends, especially families with children to enjoy the great recreation, and I hope we return soon.

We loved the hotel... the uncles at the recreation center are wonderful, the breakfast is top notch... kind and polite staff. We will definitely come back to host you again and again.
