Location is fantastic! Along Sanya Bay with a bus stop just opposite which can take you to Yalong Bay and Lu Hui Tou park and Dadonghai shopping centre. The Xinfeng street tram stop is only about 100 m away. Nearby is a shopping mall with a supermarket. Many eateries nearby too. The place is run by a friendly elderly couple. The room was spacious and airy with a view of the sea. It has a fridge which was very useful. If we come back to Sanya, would stay here again. Highly recommended!

Stayed one week in two rooms, 3 nights balcony, 4 nights with better seaview. Location is great. Rooms are clean. The previous guests smoked, I opened windows and door for a few hours, ocean breeze got rid of smoking. One bathroom sewer smells little, just turn on ventilation fun, stay on if you are in room. Bus 8 from airport stops at ‘新风街口’, 50m from property, ￥5. Crossing street is Sanya bay, residents’ beach, accessible 24/7. Pedestrian street and underground mall are within fifteen minutes walking distance. With so many restaurants nearby, the rule is always ‘go with the crowds’. Buses to ‘大东海‘ – public beach, 30 minutes away, better sand, blue water, kind of tourism, many Russian friends. ‘亚龙湾‘ is another 30 minutes farther, the most beautiful public beach, but also most commercialized. The owners in their late 60s, will fulfill all reasonable requests day or night, eager to learn English at this age, respectful, trustworthy. If you seek luxury, this place is not for you. If you want to live like local, book it when it’s available.

I was given another room, smaller than the one in the picture, so I can't give a review about the booked room. From my room I could still see the ocean sideways. The landlady is really nice, she even showed me where to go to eat. What is very important: this doesn't look like a hotel! It is like a block of flats, so when you see the sign on the side of the building turn into the surrounded little square by the buildings. On the left take the first staircase and use the lift to go to the second floor where the check in is. Coming out of the lift go through the door on the right. It will lead you into a corridor, knock on the door straight opposite, the host lives there. She doesn't speak English. only a couple of really basic words, so have your translation app ready. The place can be easily accessed by public transport ( tram) from the railway station. Use apple map, but basically you just walk down till the road next to the sea and turn right and walk about 10-20 steps when you will see the sign on the side of the building in from of you. My apple map was very reliable all over Chine what to take to get where I wanted to go. You can walk to the beach and enjoy the sunshine or swim - it is just 5 minutes walk. In the evening there are plenty of free programs to choose from: concert, dancing, taichi, singing - even massage along the street next to the sea. I had an excellent back massage there. There is a huge supermarket within 10 minutes walk ( it is towards the tram stop where you get off). There is a fridge in the room, but no cooking or washing. This place is good for short stays for people on a budget.

Stayed for a night

Very good~ The boss lady is very nice!! Very approachable~ The location of the B&B is right by the sea, just across the road. You can see the sea when you open the window, and you can hear the sound of the waves when you open the window!! I will go here again next time!! The environment of the B&B is also very good~

The host is hospitable and attentive. Because it is off-season, we upgraded to a 180-degree sea view twin room for free. We also gave discounts for extended stays and electric car rentals. The room is clean and tidy, facing the sea, and across the road from the sea. There are Jiefang Road Pedestrian Street, the First Market Night Market, the Tianya Night Market, and various snacks nearby. It is not far from the Coconut Dream Corridor, Tianya Haijiao, Luhuitou, and Dadonghai Scenic Area. It is very convenient to take a taxi or bus. Once again, I emphasize that the host is very nice, very nice! Highly recommended!
