Good location from the beach about a 5 minutes walk from hotel.within 10 minutes drive from restaurants and shops.

this is an absolutely luxurious flat with the most spectacular View over the whole area and the sea from the biggest tallest building in the whole bay excellent furniture great bed bathroom and everything is super comfortable. the beach is just 5 minutes walk away and it's just an excellent beach with warm water here in October, nearby are also swimming pools but I think there might be a fee to access those. and a short walk or a short walk from there is a huge amusement park with a delicious barbecue restaurant, all the food we could imagine was delivered in less than half an hour by the amazing delivery apps, downstairs is also drinks and snacks vending machines but they require facial recognition which I couldn't quite figure out how to use. the stuff is extremely friendly and help with everything and had all kinds of activities the kids suggest us trying too. some involving all sorts of parachutes and helicopters but we didn't dare trying that. this booking was such an excellent value for money. not far is also the huge tax-free mall but we couldn't figure out how to buy stuff from there, it has to do with the registering and getting stuff shipped to the airport when you leave. just nearby all sorts of five star hotels from the Hyatt to the Sofitel to the other ones at the Atlantis is absolutely amazing with its huge aquarium with free access and to look around.

Breezy apartment with facilities. Near beach, quiet and nice unit for relaxation. Good value for money. Convenient to live around with motorbike. Would love to stay longer.

Great place! I have stayed at many of the 5 star hotels in Sanya but have to say that this place has the highest price quality of all. I stayed in the 3 bedroom suite, the place is huge with comfortable bedrooms and a fantastic (!!!) view of both the mountains and the sea, extremely comfortable. The nicest thing about this place is that you are in the same building as the rosewood and can make use of their facilities (for a reasonable cost, 50 rmb for pool downstairs, 440 for the infinity pool) even adding up all this cost you still have much better value than staying at the rosewood. Service was good, although i was a bit disappointed that even though i asked for 1400 check in it turned out to be 1600 because the room was being cleaned. However, considering this is not a 5 star property with 5 star prices i am fine with this. In general the staff is very helpful. This is going to be my new place to stay in sanya. As i mentioned i stayed in many places before but the price to value ratio is unbeatable! Cant wait to come back soon.

This is a good place if you’re going with family, I had big fridge and microwave in the room, huge balcony with great view! The only downside was the pool being closed due to covid, and the pool the reason I chose this hotel. I had to change my booking after all. Clean, reception is friendly and welcoming. The area around is beautiful, and the beach is near although you cannot really swim there, the waves are too big. Fantasytown is super close, in the morning only KFC is open tho. 到了之后才知道游泳池被关了，有点后悔了。住了两天，没地方游泳。服务好，前台很热心的。房间很大，几个人可以住的。环境很美 ❤️

Comfortable and quiet. The view was great and the size was large. Plenty of space and able to see the ocean and Haitang resorts. We slept well, but could do with another pillow or two. Service was good overall. Though there's a stove, fridge and microwave there was no cutlery, plates or items to cook with. They offered us a pan and spatula. We ended up buying some cutlery and a bowl for breakfasts. The cushions on the couch had stains on them and we didn't even touch them. Could do with a big clean and maybe a rug for the living area.

Great view, super helpful staff, they answered all our requirements promptly! Great location with the hotel to go and use the pool or the beach! My only suggestion is to deeply clean the apartment, as under the couch, bed and in the top shelves of the closets it needs some cleaning.

What a beautiful place, hence our return after two years. The check-in staff was helpful and friendly but we felt that we did not fully understand the rules. We bought pool tickets, thinking they were for one whole day and were told to buy new ones after lunch when we returned to swim. We were also not allowed to swim in the ocean right near the hotel, unlike last time we stayed here. We also had hoped that there would be a few "helpful" tools in the kitchen, like a pot or a mug, like last time. On a more positive note, we found the Sky Bar on the 13th floor and enjoyed our stay very much.

Very cost-effective, good environment, close to the beach and duty-free shops. The service is also good. Don't expect 800 yuan for 200 yuan, it will be very pleasant

A great value for money hotel stay. The owner is very nice. After learning about my floor requirements, he helped me upgrade the room to a high floor for free. The sea view is superb, the internal facilities are complete, and you can also share some of the facilities of the magnificent hotel.

The housekeeper service is very enthusiastic and meticulous. We upgraded the room type with a view of the sea. We tried our best to meet all your needs. The room is clean and hygienic, the air conditioning is powerful, and you can overlook the beautiful sea. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel facilities are relatively new and complete, with daily household appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, and ovens, suitable for family travel. The open-air balcony viewing experience on the clean and tidy floors is very good. The price is relatively affordable in the off-season, and it is a good choice to live in Haitang Bay for a perfect holiday.
