Esta estadia foi marcada sem grandes referências sobre o local. Procurávamos uma escapadinha longe de casa e longe da confusão e o contacto com a natureza era essencial. Não podíamos ter feito melhor escolha. Foi uma agradável surpresa a todos os níveis. A receção foi ótima com funcionários super atenciosos. O apartamento 5* com as comodidades necessárias. Foi uma estadia curta apenas para recarregar energias e acabámos por não usufruir de muitas coisas que o Hotel oferece mas que nos foram amavelmente disponibilizadas logo na chegada. Em Outubro e em plena semana de temporal a experiência podia ter sido má mas deixou vontade de voltar assim que possível para aproveitar ainda melhor. Recomendamos a estadia na Encosta do Paraíso, com a garantia de que não se vão arrepender e vão querer voltar.

Apartamentos originais em zona calma de Guimarães. Ideal para uma estadia relaxante. Bom serviço de spa e ginásio. A parte do restaurante é muito bonita. Pequeno-almoço bom. O apartamento poderia ser um pouco mais aconchegante e melhor decorado.

Pela segunda vez que fiquei hospedada na Encosta do paraíso, em contextos diferentes mas igualmente bem recebida. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, simpáticos e prestaveis. Os bungalows são confortáveis e bem equipados, o restaurante elegante mas sem snobismo e todas as escolhas da ementa foram boas. O pequeno almoço é razoável, deveriam de apostar em sumos naturais e não de pacote. Pelas duas vezes fui ao spa, a massagem de relaxamento da primeira vez gostei bastante, desta vez só fiz circuito. Só apontar o facto de ter poucas espreguiçadeiras, embora de facto não haja muito espaço, e a temperatura dos balneários pois estavam muito frios. O espaço da piscina exterior é muito agradável. É um local que recomendo e que provavelmente repetirei.

Fui a organizadora de uma despedida de solteira e ficamos distribuídas pelas villas. Toda a experiência com a estadia correu bastante bem, desde todo o processo de reserva e planeamento (em que tiveram bastante atenção às nossas necessidades) até à estadia em si em que, tanto as instalações como o pessoal foram 5 estrelas. O pessoal é todo bastante simpático e atencioso. "Não podia ter sido melhor" é o feedback de todas as convidadas e da noiva. Parabéns!
