Tive alguns problemas em relação ao tipo de quarto, tipo de cama, limpeza e amenities que estão sendo tratados diretamente com central de qualidade do hotel. A experiência desta vez não foi das melhores, espero que com os apontamentos realizados com o Sr. Frank, a qualidade e asseio modifique a experiência dos hóspedes na resolução e melhorias.

Hotel bem conservado. Porém, o secador estava quebrado e a recepção me forneceu outro. E o sr condiciona não funcionou bem na primeira noite, mas no dia seguinte já estava resolvido.

Hotel muito bom! Atendimento presencial atencioso, estética e limpeza muito bons também. Único senão é a falta de acesso dos hóspedes a um dos estacionamentos, no qual o veículo só pode ser guardado/manobrado pelos próprios funcionário do hotel... Quarto, mobília, enxoval, banheiro e café da manhã excelentes!
