This is a great hotel for a short stay in São Paulo. However, checking in took way too long (over 15minutes). The reason for this is that the receptionist, Josinilson, subscribed us to their loyalty program without informing us upfront. He kept asking personal questions that were, according to him, necessary for confirmation of the reservation. After a long day, we just wanted to sleep. When we jokingly asked why he needed all that information for, he got sarcastically aggressive saying “because for my work”. The other receptionists were clearly shocked too. The hotel is great, room is more than okay and beds are comfortable. But the check in experience is in need of some improvement.

Perfect for who needs an affordable place to stay. Good location, clean rooms. Recommended.

The location is very good. It takes 15-30 minutes to most sightseeing spots. The room was clean, but it was a bit small. Staff was amicable and polite. Because it’s not as close to Avenida Paulista, it is much quieter than other hotels. There’s a drugstore about 5 minutes from the hotel and Le Pain Quotidien is 7-minute walk (if you’re looking for a place to have brunch).

The hotel is good, close to a pharmacy and Burger King. Enough for a few nights

We and all the guests who checked in on 04/06/204 had a lot of problems checking in at the hotel. We arrived at 2:00 pm and were only able to get into our room at 9:45 pm, as we were supposed to be up at 5 am to participate in the São Paulo marathon. The services were slow due to a slowness in the system. However NO contingency plan was activated and when asked how we could be compensated for this inconvenience, no employee had any justification. A shame for such a large network.

There are many large shopping malls around, which is quite convenient. It is safer than the city.

The location is good, but the rooms in the Ibis Hotel are on the small side and would be very crowded for two people. The service is very average. The front desk does not speak English and needs translation software. Breakfast was average.

Fast hotel, simple and clean. The front desk does not speak English, but it is more flexible and communicates directly with computer translation. There is no minibar in the room, the bed is hard and comfortable, and the breakfast is rich.

The location of the hotel is very good and the service is also very good.

The hotel is in a good location, not big inside and has average soundproofing.

I thought it was a great hotel, good breakfast, consistent with the price, but the location is not that interesting...

The location is great and so are the services.
