Excelente localização , quartos limpos e bem organizados. A equipe do hotel também muito solicita.

Não me deixaram fazer o check in em 22/03/24 alegando falta de energia! Me deixaram na rua com idoso e criança! Agora não querem me restituir o valor da reserva! Hotel desonrado e sem menor respeito pelo cliente e pela vida humana! Devolvam meu dinheiro! Já me fizeram passar mal pedaços no centro de São Paulo de madrugada com a cidade lotada por motivo do Lola Paluza! Foi traumatizante a experiência com este hotel!

Muito ruim, sinceramente não penso em voltar lá. Me decepcionei!

É um bom hotel! Custo/benefício vale a pena. O quarto é grande, tem frigobar, ar condicionado, internet e uma ducha no banheiro muito boa. O café da manhã é modesto, mas muito bem servido. Os meninos da recepção são educados. A limpeza dos quartos é bem mediana, mas provavelmente por orientação da gestão.   O que é relevante falar, é que o Hotel Soneca está localizado no centro de SP, em uma região que está abandonada pelo Estado. Região muito perigosa e uma energia muito pesada, já que a cracolandia se espalhou e ocupou as ruas da República. Muito triste de ver. Todos os Uber que pegamos foram bem diretos em nos orientar a não andar pela região. Encerramos a estadia antes do prazo previsto, por não querer correr o risco. Não tivemos problemas em pegar Uber, mas eles sempre tinham que fazer voltas para não passar pelo meio dos usuários, até porque em algumas ruas tem espaço determinado para passagem de carro, e é comum que eles quebrem vidro do carro para furtos.   Dessa forma, o problema não e o hotel, mas sim a região que está localizada. Acho importante essa informação, para que não seja pega de surpresa. 

Atendimento ótimo.  Funcionários prestativos e atentos a nossa segurança.  Ambiente físico simples e aconchegante . E um chuveiro maravilhoso. Café da manhã servido na hora e com boas opções e o hotel fica próximo à tudo que queríamos visitar.voltaremos.

O hotel responde bem as expectativas pelo valor da diária que cobra. É justo, oferece um conforto razoável, o café da manhã é satisfatório. Apenas a limpeza do quarto deixa um pouco a desejar. A estrutura do hotel é boa. Infelizmente está cada vez mais difícil se hospedar no centro histórico de sp, em razão da forte presença de usuários de drogas. Portanto recomendo ter o cuidado devido e não dar bobeira tarde da noite. Durante o dia é bem movimentado.
