We checked in at the “main” building at 3:00 p.m. (the time it could already be done) and they told us that the room was not ready yet, so we decided to kill time. They told us that it would be ready at 3:30 p.m.... After taking a walk we returned to go to our room to rest, but they told us that ours is in another building. They gave us a key, which didn't open, and we had to go back to the main building again, after having been looking for the other building... Breakfast is in the main building, you have to go from one place to another. The positive thing about the place is that the bed was quite comfortable and spacious, but the room lacked a bit of cleanliness, a mirror and a small table.

Peee-yoo !!! Great location very walkable but very stinky inside. No AC as advertised cools off at night with windows open. Smells of damp and mildew.

Sendo um "hostel" não se pede muito, mas a ausência de banco para colocação das malas/mochilas e a total ausência de prateleiras no quarto e no WC é absurdo, obrigando a ter tudo espalhado no chão. Atendimento e limpeza impecáveis, mas pelo preço há condições mínimas...

The lodge is right in the centre of Ericeira, everything is within easy walking distance. The rooms are lovingly furnished. The staff are super helpful and always there when you need someone.

First impressions were pretty bad, when my room was not clean. The rest of the house was even worse, especially the shared kitchen. Furthermore check in is at a different location which was not informed.
Located on the main street you have everything within arms length, but it also means that there is a lot of noise from the street. I would imagine it would be a problem during summer.
My room was very cold. Window could not close and door was not tight. It would have helped with a thicker blanket. Very noisy house. You can hear everything that is going on.
Only positive thing was a firm good bed

The house is big and cozy and the location is perfect, right in the city center, close to all the action and at the same time very silent and peaceful. The bathrooms are large and the common spaces are very inviting. There is an equipped kitchen for preparing meals and a delightful balcony on the top floor with views of the sea and the starry sky. All spaces are clean and well decorated. Without a doubt, it is an excellent accommodation for those who prefer an alternative similar to an airbnb rather than a hostel or hotel.
