There were dead cockroaches and broken glass in the room. The restaurant waiters were terrible and treated guests differently. The kitchen was very slow and the quality was very average. On the third day, the boss came to listen to our complaints in person and replaced the waiter, which was much better. I didn't give the worst review because the boss actively dealt with the problem. But I won't recommend friends to stay here.

The hotel is lovely, the swimming pool on the pineapple greenhouse is wonderful, the room very nice, the bathroom in short ..
There were 3 problems:
1) we arrived on a Sunday afternoon in August and we wanted to relax by the pool, but for the whole afternoon the gardeners were cutting tree branches making an absurd tumor with saws.
2) they charged us for drinks at a higher price than the price list
3) they accused us of taking a bottle of water from the room and charged us .... 25 €
