Best Pet friendly Hotels in Sao Tome Island

Because the pool at the Pestana Miramar hotel was out-of-action, we could use the pool at Pestana São Tomé. The hotel was clean and attractive, and so was the pool. Swimming was slightly inhibited by another guest having introductory scuba sessions in the pool. The main worry was poor service by the pool. We rarely saw a waiter and, after we ordered a beer, nothing was delivered for almost an hour!

Wonderful place to stay. Free airport transfer (although the bus originally took us to the other Pestana hotel); friendly and informative receptionist; given a very large room, which was kept very clean. The pool was out-of-order, but we could use the clean infinity pool at Pestana São Tomé when we wanted. Good buffet breakfast. We used the bar twice and the restaurant once. Because of the low number of residents, they were virtually empty apart from us. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that the area outside floods quite extensively when it rains. This happened twice during our stay.
