Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

great service and great view

We had an amazing two nights at laksik eco lodge. The room was luxurious, the views spectacular, the pool was probably the best I have ever seen and the staff super friendly. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend to anyone staying at Sapa. The hotel organised a guided trek which was one of the highlights of our trip. It was also nice to stay ten minutes out of Sapa, which is very busy, as it was much more relaxed and close to many small villages but also easy to take a taxi to Sapa.

Everything is great, breakfast is always very good! Rooms are large and clean! Pool with a view is just unbelievably beautiful!

I saw the pool view and booked a signature bungalow room. It was about a 15-20 minute drive from downtown Sapa, so I came here thinking I would just stay at the resort, but it was really nice. It was so nice that I wanted to stay here for a long time when I had time.

I reserved the Signature Bungalow. I was expecting a view from the bathtub, but in the first room I got, the bathtub was directly visible from the front garden. The newly assigned room had no view from the bathtub and was completely different from the photo provided by Trip.com. It's a nice place worth staying again, but I don't think there's any reason to pay extra for a signature bungalow.

It's a bit inconvenient because it's about 200,000 dong (about 10,000 won) from Sapa Town. It's hard to expect 5-star hotel service, but all the staff try to serve you kindly. The restaurant feels 2-3 times bigger than Sapa Town.

I made a reservation without any expectations, but I was more satisfied than I expected. However, the frequency doesn't work well and the wifi doesn't really work... Still, I'm satisfied

The hotel is located in a very picturesque place and from any point of its territory there is a stunning view. The room has an air conditioner with a heating function, in addition to a fireplace. The hotel staff is very attentive and prompt.

I booked the hotel just for the swimming pool, but aside from the disadvantage of being a bit far from downtown Sapa, it is the best hotel for the price in terms of both room and breakfast.

The view was really nice. It's a good place to do nothing and just rest. It's a little far from the city center, so you have to consider the location. However, since it's in the countryside, you have to worry about bugs.

I have only very good memories. A breathtaking view, swimming pool, restaurant, and friendly staff. The only downside was that we left late and didn't request cleaning, so the room wasn't cleaned.

Although the location is a bit remote, the environment is very quiet! It is a very suitable place for vacation and relaxation The breakfast is very rich and the staff is very friendly. They are willing to help if needed. busy
