"Absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The ambience and service were perfect. All the guests were served hot cocoa and a hot towel while we were checking in. I also upgraded my room from King to Deluxe since the latter was available earlier than the checkin time at 2pm, and I was weary after my sleeper train ride. No regrets upgrading for the bathtub! Also booked myself a spa - the signature massage and jade facial and Mo, my masseuse, made me feel so relaxed I almost fell asleep. The signature massage also included a 25mins soak in the herbal bath before the 60mins massage. I also spent my entire first day in the hotel, enjoying the food at Chic and cosying up in bed while the weather was foggy outside. On my last day after checking out and exploring around the town, I came back to enjoy my last meal at Chic before departing for Hanoi. Thank you so so much to all the staff as well for making my stay so enjoyable 🥰"

"The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere. There's a grocery store and a pizza place directly across the street, and it's just a five-minute walk to Sun Plaza where you can catch the train and cable car to Fansipan. The front desk also offers motorbike rentals and can book day tours and attraction tickets. The room was large and spacious, and the price was very affordable, including breakfast. The only downside was that the breakfast juice was watery and flavorless, but everything else was great."

"Pao's is a really cool place. In a town with so many tiny hotels with very little personality and design, Pao feels great and looks great. We enjoyed the beautiful vistas from their huge balconies and it was just outside the hustle and bustle of the town, so you could enjoy a quiet environment in a hotel that felt modern and beautiful. The staff was incredibly helpful too. The garden and common areas are very beautiful too."

"My family and I spent 2 nights at KK Sapa Hotel. We were met by a friendly hotel personnel, Mayu who speaks English fluently at the reception. Mayu not only help to provide useful travel tips but also linked us up to a driver who drove us around in Sapa. She also arranged a nice family room for us. The location of the hotel is great. It has a beautiful mountain view from the VIP lounge. The famous Moana Cafe is just a few hundred meters away from the main entrance of the hotel. There are many restaurants nearby. WE particularly like Yummy restaurant which is located just opposite KK Sapa Hotel. Yummy serves very tasty food at a very reasonable price with excellent service. KK Sapa hotel also gave me a surprise birthday cake !!!"

"Lovely view from the room once the clouds cleared, really big room, lovely bath. Staff were welcoming. Good location in Sapa town, lots of restaurants to walk to. Easy pick up/drop off for day hikes or bus trips. Pools were nice. Good views while swimming. Only negarives would be it was a bit noisy, the corridors were very echoy and guests were loud, could hear easily through walls. Balcony isn't very private. Breakfast room was a bit small for number of guests, felt very cramped and not many tables to sit outside with the view."

"It's really close to Sun Plaza and just near the centre.But when you go to the hotel, the whole way up there is slop.Get ready!!They let me put my baggage in the hotel before check-in and after check-out. No English -No problem.The Customer service is so good.There is a good restaurant with affordable prices just near the hotel."

"I stayed 3D2N, Super close to Moana Cafe, I can say the walks is really worth it. The view is beautiful. The place is cozy and clean. The communication is pretty easy and fast to response."

The breakfast was also delicious with a good variety of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa!"

"10/10 view. Clean and beautiful hotel. Staff were very apologetic upon finding that we found two stinging ants in our room. (It was rainy season). Offered us complimentary service to help and cleaned our room. Special mention to Mathieu who was very hospitable. I would come here again. Amazing view of Fansipan"

"Nice and comfy room. Though traveling with a friend but we stayed in family room. It's spacious and its design was practical. The sink is outside the bathroom so one can use it when other persons is showering. The view at restaurant is stunning. Recommend to wake up in early morning and find some window seats at breakfast room. In addition, the service is excellent since the greeting message after complete booking. The staffs are very helpful and polite. They can find the car taking us from Noi Bai airport and also help contacting drivers during our stay."
