We had a terrible experience with the services that the free bottled waters were only for IHG members and we are NOT informed beforehand or while we checked in. And the hotel officers were really indifferent when we tried to communicate about this isssue. We were told “NO one could get bottled waters unless he/ she is a IHG member”.
We haven’t been treated so around any hotel in Japan or in the world under any hotels groups. This could be the worst experience we had over a small issue due to the ill communications with hotel service team. Very disappointed on such discriminating hotel policies and we would not be able consider IHG group in Japan anyhow.
It was a cozy hotel with good location. But facilities are aged.

The hotel is short walk from nakajima koen station, we selected this hotel so we can still see cherry blossoms and it was worth it. The hotel itself is a bit old but still very clean and in good condition.
Breakfast includes different varieties of japanese and french pastries. Staffs are very accommodating and courteous.
If you have the budget must try 21club wagyu steak.

Former 々 I stayed for 2 nights with a high-rated review. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were substantial, the cleanliness, the breakfast buffet and the word of mouth were wonderful. I think it's a quality that's not surprising even if it's double the price. If I dared to be worried about only one point, there were group guests who seemed to be salaried men and students of sports club activities, but they talked loudly in the bathroom or sauna, and after the sauna, they didn't even hang water. I'm in the cold bath I saw several insane people, such as making noise in the hallway. I think this is not a hotel problem, but a customer problem, but on the assumption that some people are such insane, they should be warned especially to group guests at check-in. I hope you will write an easy-to-understand note in the bathroom. I will use it when I go to Sapporo again. Thank you very much.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and overall I was impressed with the cleanliness, prime location, and the modern feel of the rooms. However, I feel compelled to share a concern regarding the staff's attitude during my stay. It's a shame because I believe this hotel has tremendous potential to offer an exceptional guest experience. The negativity from the staff had a noticeable impact on my overall satisfaction.
On a particular occasion, I overheard two staff members conversing in Japanese in front of me. To my surprise, their discussion included a negative comment about my request for water, despite a prior assurance from another staff member that I could request water at any time.
This incident was disappointing, as the unfriendly demeanor of the staff members not only contradicted the positive image of your hotel but also left me annoyed and upset as a guest. Understanding the language used in the conversation only added to the unfortunate experience.

Location is superb. 5 minutes walk to Odori Station with full metro connection. Also near Odori Park and TV tower. Room size is just be right for 2 but for too small for triple sharing. Airport Express bus stop is also a few minutes walk away.
My ceiling lights above writing and coffee table were out of order, informed receptionist and the answer was negative, means it's always like that.
We brought our own toothbrush instead of using those provided but was taken away by the housekeeper. We replaced it but the next day again they disposed it.
Otherwise the hotel is ok to book.

It's just outside the subway station. It looks grand and grand, and you can see the high construction standards. The staff is well trained, responds quickly, handles problems very professionally, and handles some details very well. The room facing the park is very quiet, and the autumn scenery outside the window is intoxicating. For breakfast, I tried the Japanese set meals on the top floor. The quality was good. My favorite was the fried cod. However, the room facilities are old and have many flaws: the quilt does not use a quilt cover, but the quilt is added with cotton wool, which I personally dislike. The cotton wool is very dirty and will itch when it comes into contact with the skin; the shower needs to be adjusted with two faucets of hot and cold water, which is very troublesome to operate. , it is easy to be scalded by hot water; the toilet seat is like a soldering iron, and the power cannot be cut off and the heat cannot be adjusted, even if it is covered with a towel; the amount of cold water in the washbasin is extremely small

I spent the last two days of my 10-day trip to Sapporo with my two children, ages 6 and 8, at Stream. Above all, the location is the best!
I stayed here to rest before returning home after a ski trip, and it was the best choice.
I will go again next time, and if I make a reservation again, I will book a standard room + premium room mix.
The staff are all different in their friendliness!
Some employees say they are very nice, while others give the impression that they are not.
Breakfast is fresh food with careful attention to every ingredient.
However, there was a need to change the menu a bit.^^
The menu was average with high priced ingredients.
The room was also comfortable, but it felt a bit stuffy because there were no windows.
But everything is new! New!
