Spent 5nights in this hotel and we loved it. Close to everything. If ever we will go back in Sapporo will surely book the same hotel. Will also recommend to friends. We traveled DIY and we didn’t had a hard time staying in this hotel. Few minutes walk from bus stop from and to airport. Very convenient.

Smile Hotel Premium - Sapporo Susukino was an ideal base for my solo adventure in Sapporo. The location couldn’t have been better—right in Susukino, with so many restaurants and shops nearby to explore. The room was small but spotless and modern, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were warm and attentive, happy to give tips on local spots. For the price, it’s hard to beat the value and convenience, especially if you’re looking to dive into Sapporo’s lively food scene and local attractions. I’d stay here again!

Location is great. 3 mins walk to subway exit 1, 5 mins walk to Tanukikoji Shopping Street & street car stops, 8 mins walk to Nijo market. The price is big value to stay too.

The bed was a little harder than some of the other nearby hotels i have stayed in, but if you like a firm mattress it’s no problem. The AC was already turned off for the season, but it got a little warmer than I had wanted in the evening. Not having that option in the room was kind of a bummer. The shampoo and conditioner are kind of weak, so bring your own. The body wash was fine.

Good service and very polite, if you know a little japanese language, will be more easy to communicate

Hotel Staff are so helpful; location is great. City view from window is fresh and relaxing. WiFi speed is so fast!!!

Check in n out was seamless with friendly staff. Hotel does not provide free parking but special rate for guest at designated public parking.

Very good location to New chitose airport and close to shopping zone. You can tell front desk before 9PM for cleaning room. It’s good hotel if I come back Sapporo will stay again.

Good location, value for money

Very accessible. It’s like it is newly built. Neat and clean. Across are 711, Lawson and Family Marts around it. So many out-of-the-box eat places to choose from. Very near bus stops to & fro New Chitose airport, streetcars, Susukino subway station, Mega Donki, Ikinari, shopping malls. Comfortable area.
