**事件が起きた向かいに立つホテル．アネックスは元々ラブホテルであったような作りである．本館で受付を行い，アネックスの入り口のパスワードをもらう．PW入力で自動ドアが開く仕組み．エレベータホールに置いてあるお茶，紅茶，コーヒー(インスタント)を必要数もって上がる．朝は7：00からコーヒーサービスもある． 部屋にはつかいすてスリッパの他，アメニティ(写真)も充実している．部屋も広くて快適，周辺にお店も多い．駅から少し離れているのが難点かもしれないが，とおりに建つお店を眺めながら歩くとあっという間に着く． IHヒーター，炊飯器から電子レンジ，お皿まで一通り揃っているので，自炊も可能である．ただし，近くにスーパーがない．
