The major hotel chain is managed and the customer service is good. The facilities are new and beautiful. The building is unified in Ebony tone and calm. The capsule was soundproof and the sound around was hardly heard. The capsule was relatively large and did not feel vibration because it was not lined up with the next capsule. The breakfast was delicious as usual business hotel. The unfortunate thing is that there is no public bath. The shower corner is partitioned by curtains, and it is a little unsettled. The location is also close to the customs area of suki, and the environment is not good. However, the price is cheap and you can spend it relaxing, so it is a hotel that can be recommended for those who want to press the hotel fee.

Room was gloomy (not cozy)and very small for 2 people that you cannot open your luggage properly because of the unnecessary old furnitures inside of it. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable to sleep in. Heater is not enough during a cold winter night. We did not sleep comfortably in this hotel.

It was my second stay, but the room is different, but there is a massage chair, and the room is 12 minutes wide for single stay. The cleanliness of the room is normal. Because it is a clean person, it may be a beautiful person. I borrowed steam iron, but the front desk was saved by bringing it to the room because the hand was blocked. I was happy with hospitality. Breakfast can be selected from Japanese and Western food. It is simple, but it was very grateful that it was free. There is a Family Mart near the hotel and it is very convenient. I would like to use it again when staying around Sapporo Station.

MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE THE CODE TO THE LIFT BEFORE YOU ARRIVE. I stayed in a capsule in the dormitory on the 3rd floor of the hotel, where self check-in facilities are located. I believe there are family units or private rooms on other floors of the hotel. + Very good location. Less than 5 minutes walk from nearest subway. Subway journey about 5 minutes from central Odori Station. + Very comfortable beds and good quality linen and pillows. I slept very well during my two nights there. + Very good and clean communal facilities - high quality furniture, spacious bathrooms (a lot better than the price suggests). + Self check-in was easy (apart from the lift, see below). - I booked my accommodation through Trip.com. That meant I did not receive an email from the hotel with the code to activate the lift (or even know that I needed a code!). Thankfully, a lady put in the code for me to take me to the 3rd floor so I could check in, otherwise I would have been stuck with no access to the hotel. MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE THE CODE TO THE LIFT BEFORE YOU ARRIVE. - There are no cooking utensils, plates, cups, cutlery or fridge in the kitchen on the 3rd floor where the dormitories are located. I would happily stay here again for the money, now I know the downsides I have written above so that I can plan accordingly.

Although it is a bit away from the city center, the transportation is convenient. Take the subway north-south line to the terminal station Makomani, and out of the station, there is a bus No. 90 south to the resort. The boss is super nice and attentive and attentive. The room is clean and the staffs are helpful in finding some restaurant I asked. Location near the shopping area. Convenient store are close also. If you need something to buy at night It is really convenient especially when other stores are close.

The tram stop is also almost in front of you, which is very convenient in terms of location. This time it was one night, but next time I would like to walk around slowly because Susukino is nearby. I think it's enough for a trip that is almost outside. For reference, Higashi Hongan Ji Temple was just a short walk away.
