After hurricane Milton I was displaced from my home here in Florida needed a hotel to stay in. My concern was which hotel was not affected by the storm. There was only one. This one, supposedly. I was Completely mislead upon booking as to the operational functions of the hotel after the storm. I was told everything is in working order except the elevators. That was a complete lie as the pools were down, the hallways had dehumidifiers because of the musty smell, the dining area had no lighting, there was no Wi-Fi or cable, the food was terrible, the staircase to get to the rooms were a nightmare and overall the exorbitant price I paid was the same as if it all functioned. Bait and switch. Shame on you Ritz Carlton. Shame on you.
