I was looking forward to my last minute, long weekend away, treating myself to what I had hoped would be a relaxing stay with excellent service. Sadly it was anything but that. I arrived on Sat, 9/31 around 2 pm. My room wasn't ready, which was totally fine as check in was at 4 so I changed and went to the pool. It was insanely packed with a ton of kids. The water looked cloudy and uninviting due to the number of people there. I then could not get service either at a table in the bar area or at a lounge despite seeing at least a half a dozen servers around and trying to waive them down. After waiting about 10 minutes, I finally went up to the bar and placed an order. But this was only after someone who came in after me was able to place and receive drinks. I returned to my lounge and a woman and her two kids sat next to me. Within 90 seconds or less, they had menus, waters, and an order placed. I was finally able to flag a server down and requested a menu, which she did bring over. However, she never returned to take a drink or food order. So I had to return to the bar to place an order. When I was brought my food, they gave me no flatware or napkins. I was just dumbfounded at the lack of service. I finally called the front desk around 4:20 as I hadn't received a call letting me know my room was ready and it was. So I went and fully checked in; however, the employee did not tell me about any of the amenities—nothing about cofee/pastries in the lobby bar in the morning, nothing about the complimentary car service for the area, nothing. When I asked about the spa, she said, ”Well, did you see someone down there?” No offer to call, no ”go see xyz, they should be able to take care of you. I'll call and let them know you're coming.” Nothing. I did return to the pool on Sunday evening around 6, in the hopes of some quiet and sunshine. I met/chatted with a very nice couple from Norway. However, when the server brought them a round of drinks, she never asked me if I wanted anything. I felt like I had a sign over my head that said, ”No matter what, IGNORE ME!” My room was a junior suite and on the first floor, #101. If you value sleeping past 6:30 am, do NOT stay in this room. It is right on the other side of the valet stand and across the hall from some sort of work/staff room. I was woken up each morning with staff talking outside my room at 6:30 am and 7 am both mornings. Not to mention the constant slamming of doors. When I checked out, I was sure the person would ask me how my stay was. That is pretty standard at every hotel I've ever stayed at. Not here! Nothing. Nada. Again, I couldn't believe it. I feel like I've gotten better service at a $125/a night hotel compared to this one, which was $500/night. The ONLY redeeming factor of this hotel was Omar, Victoria, and Nikki in the spa. (Hence two stars instead of one.) Omar was filling in for the weekend down there, but he and Victoria bent over backwards to fit me in for a massage. My therap

A high dollar room that’s not much more than a budget hotel. I’ve wanted to stay here for years, and it was just disappointing. I only gave it 2 stars because hey…I woke up in Savannah❤️. The lobby stank, the hall to the elevator smelled like vomit, the toilet won’t flush, the tv is set on volume 84, but you can barely hear it, the floors were dirty. To no fault of the hotel, there’s also heavy building construction next door, so it’s impossible to sleep in because of all the beeping from the equipment…again, not the hotel’s fault. I wouldn’t spend my hard earned money to come here again.

The price is relatively low. Breakfast is super simple buffet. A baby cot can be added, and other beds cannot be added. The room and living room are very small. Although there is a sofa bed in the living room, there is almost no space for the living room after opening. There is a parking lot but there is an additional charge. The location of the hotel is also far from the river, about 20-30 minutes. Based on the above situation, I feel that the hotel's price/performance ratio is not high! I don't understand why there are so many praises...

Very nice property overlooking the river with a great location. Converted factory and rooms are spacious and clean. Check in was convenient. Breakfast was good but limited options which we were fine with. Rooftop bar is very cool and comfortable. We had Cat as a server twice during our stay and she was awesome. Management communication is not great. Gave us two vouchers when we checked in and said we could use them anywhere. One of the vouchers had a past date on it that they acknowledged was an error when we went to use it. Then servers told us that vouchers were only good in lobby bar and that was a change they made, but front desk hadn’t adjusted messaging. Props to restaurant and bar that they honored them.
