Déjeuner minable, café pas buvable, propreté qui laisse à désirer, aucun service au « front desk ». On a demandé simplement de changer nos serviettes une fois en 3 jours et ils n’ont pas daignés le faire. Le gérant n’est aucunement sympathique. Je n’y retournerai pas!

The staff was impolite and not respectful towards women. Pool was swampy and green and smelled swampy also. Gym was tiny and virtually unusable. Computer also didn't work and my room was loud. The back door also didn't work. I paid $180 for my stay. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Front desk staff not overly friendly. Hotel hall way and stair well smells like mildew/mold. Room smelt so bad, cigarette smell horrible. Beds were comfortable, pillows were good!

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. My wife has asthma, we found the hotel to have a 'very' strong odor of some chemical ( cleaning agent maybe ). We were less than five minutes in the hotel when we decided we could not stay in the room. Adding insult to injury the hotel refused to give a refund. We never even brought our luggage in...good thing, maybe.

Property needs up dating and renovating. Mold around bath tub, holes in the wall where previous handicap rails were placed, locks do not work on doors to rooms and overly used air fresheners . We were switched to 3 different rooms because of these problems. Only after back and forth conversations with the front desk. They did not want to move us to a different room until my husband talked to them.

The rooms were spacious but the experience was pretty bad. Our first room smelled like smoke which I guess isn’t the hotels fault, and then when we asked for a new room the front desk person gave us a random room key and then when we opened the door there were already people there! And our third room smelled okay and was spacious but the bathroom tub/ shower would barely drain so there would be water filling up the tub while the shower was being used. So overall not a very good experience, at least it was pretty cheap considering we stayed there on Labor Day weekend.

There was no coffee in the room. The AC worked great. The breakfast was stone, cold, including the coffee.
