Bon endroit pour les petits
Hôtel parfait pour les enfants - Kids Club, chèvres et poules, jardin potager, plusieurs aires pour les petits, deux piscines et même un mini spa pour eux - bref, le paradis des petits. L’endroit est remarcable aussi en hiver et à l’été.
Cela décharge aussi les parents. Le principal bémol, est la literie - matelas trop mous et déformés. Oreillers à changer aussi (de plumes mais très souples).
Côté nourriture, très correcte. Pas trop de choix, mais qualitatif et toujours avec des options « healthy ». Ils font des petits déjeuners et dîners à table et assez consistants. À midi vous aurez un buffet réduit mais complet.
Dernier deux choses à savoir:
- Si vous changez votre rdv spa avant les 24h il vous sera facturé dans sa totalité sans préavis. Cependant, si eux ils l’annulent… ben, rien.
- Comme souvent dans la région, on parle allemand, parfois quelques mots de néerlandais et - un peu - d’anglais. Mais souvent les panneaux ne sont que en allemand (et ne pas en anglais).
Conclusion: n’hésitez pas si vous avez des enfants et que vous connaissez un peu les différences entre la France et l’Autriche en matière d’hôtellerie.

Absolute brilliant!
Everything was excellent! We loved the nature, food, drinks etc. We drive an electrical car and the underground charging worked well.

A very nice hotel with a great location. I felt very comfortable and the rooms, the food and the wellness area were great!!! I can absolutely recommend Stefan, with whom I booked a full-body massage after a running competition. One of the best treatments I have ever received in a hotel. Very competent and experienced, a MUST for anyone who wants to regenerate optimally after physical exertion!!! Thank you:-)

Wir waren 7 Jahre in diesem Hotel mit der ganzen Familie in den Skiferien Tolles Hotel ohne jeden Zweifel, Küche mit der Kombination Service und Buffet, einfach und sehr gepflegt, für Kinder zusätzlich eigene Anrichte. Skifahren auf bequeme Art die Skis im eigene Depot an der Talstation Bus vor der Haustür also was begehrt dein Herz noch mehr?

Great hotel, brilliant facilities, and lovely staff. The kids loved the facilities and the food and included drinks where an added bonus. Great for a family of 5 with 3 kids as the studio rooms where nice and spacious. Will definitely book again

Schönes Studio, geräumig für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kids. Super Service und nettes Personal beim Frühstück und Abendessen. Das Angebot Ski & Spa? Wochen ist sehr gut, Schikarten inkludiert. Schisafe an der Talstation Scheffau inkludiert.

Wir waren mit unserer 12jährigen Tochter für ein paar Tage im Hotel Kaiser. Wenige Worte treffen es: Ein super Hotel, leckeres gesundes Essen, bequeme Betten, herzlicher Service und toller Kidsbereich, direkt am Fußballplatz, mega Spabereich und tolle Lage für Ausflüge

Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal! Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet reichhaltig, große Auswahl, auch die angebotenen Getränke passen gut. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und haben getrennte Toilette und Bad. Der Wellnessbereich ist nicht allzu groß, hat aber gut ausgereicht. Toll ist die Möglichkeit, nach der Sauna im Badeteich draußen zu schwimmen. Wir mussten kurzfristig ein Zimmer stornieren, das wurde problemlos und kostenfrei gemacht! Nicht ideal war diesmal, dass wir mit Kleinkind drei Zimmer in der zweiten Etage ohne Aufzug hatten und deshalb regelmäßig mit Kindersitz, etc. die Treppen genutzt haben.
