Best Western® Hotels in Seattle

Especially good hotel, I originally wanted to book Mayflower and it turned out to be cheap. I saw that this app is highly rated on other apps, and the price can still be selected. There is no resort fee, and Ctrip paid it to the store. Other expenses. Location is good, 5 minutes walk from westlake station, one hour from the hotel by light rail to the airport, 3 knives. There are a few good coffees downstairs in major department stores, and the surroundings are relatively safe. There are more homeless people on 3rd street and it is not recommended for everyone. The rooms are large and the beds are large, the towels are clean and the decoration is relatively new. Remind that the hotel does not actively provide slippers, teeth, etc., it is best to bring your own, if not, call the hotel to ask. Also, the charging plug on the bedside did not send me the iphone to charge, as long as it is next to the sink, the voltage of the phone I bought in the United States should be fine.

Stayed here recently. The hotel is a little worn, but we stayed here for only 1 night so no big deal. It's probably not a place I'd stay with children though. Bed was comfortable, and despite the fact that the room was right beside the highway, it was surprisingly quiet. We were also pleasantly surprised that the hotel offers complimentary breakfast and it was plentiful. Not just your typical continental, you could choose from the following: Eggs, Sausages, Waffles, Fresh fruit, Bagels, Muffins, croissants, Toast, Yoghurts, Cereal, Juices, Tea, Coffee, Water. Something for everyone. Two ladies at reception - afternoon shift and morning shift, seemed like they did not like their job. At check in, the receptionist literally said NOTHING to us. the entire check in was silent with exception of asking for a credit card. No information given. When we asked about car park and other facilities, she rolled her eyes and then advised us. The morning receptionist was not any better, and then proceeded to provide us with completely conflicting information than what we got last night from the other employee. That definitely did put a downer on the experience. Hotel is 15m walk from pike place market and while we are familiar with Seattle and feel safe there, we wouldn't recommend this place for a first time stay.

I was determined to book this hotel for our 20th wedding anniversary trip to Seattle, which is good, because frustrations with the All.com, fairmont.com websites and the Accor ALL app made it a challenge to actually do so. When I finally booked, I put a note on the booking that it was a very special occasion. We arrived by cab. While the four bellmen at the front did help unload the luggage, they also told us we seemed capable of carrying the bags in ourselves. I'm not sure if that's because we didn't arrive in an upscale SUV, or if the hotel just takes a passive approach to greeting guests. The underwhelming continued when we checked in, and I was asked what brought us to Seattle. I reiterated what was on the booking -- very special anniversary, chose to come to the Olympic Hotel to celebrate. ”Oh, congratulations. Elevators are behind you across the lobby.”. As a platinum member, a certain number of perks are granted. We arrived to a plate of bonbons and some fresh fruit. It's the fist hotel I've stayed at that actually did supply fitness gear (per Platinum perks), which was a nice surprise. I was less pleasantly surprised to find no mini-bar in the room, not even an empty fridge. I'd booked the Signature King Corner View, and it had what is likely one of the best views in the hotel. The room was nicely sized, with a desk, sitting chair and ottoman, and the king bed, with windows all around. The bed was super comfortable (as expected!). The bathroom was spacious, but in need of renovation -- at very least, to replace the old, tiny tub/shower and under-pressured, inferior shower fixtures, as well as the tile throughout. It was clean, or at least mostly, and while towels were showing some age, they were still fluffy. Amenities were a bit more limited than other properties, but we knew we could call down for extras if we needed to. Staff in hallways were friendly, and anything left in the hallway seemed to disappear quickly enough (ie room service trays and other detritus). Requests for amenities (pillows, coffee/tea replenishment) were met quickly and graciously. But... the door/bellmen were routinely disinterested -- the number of times we pushed through the main doors while they stood off to the side talking to one another was surprising. (Guests arriving in elegant dresses? Lots of help. In a shiny SUV or luxury car? Loads of reaction. But two 40-somethings dressed casually, but paying plenty to stay at the hotel? Not so much a glance or offer of help.) Housekeeping is rather annoyingly ”on demand only”, but we happily found our room had been serviced on our first day while we were out -- and when we called on subsequent days to request service, the response was gracious -- and the room was always done by the time we returned. Room service (breakfast one morning) was fast and delicious. Service in the lobby bar was friendly and the drinks were delicious. The hotel is located in a developing area. It is convenient to reach the Space Needle and Amazon unmanned store within a 10-minute walk. In addition to the toilet, the room is clean and tidy, and the kitchenette has additional zinc plates, refrigerators, and microwaves. Attached is a street view picture of the journey within 5-10 minutes.

I stayed 5 days and overall it was wonderful experience. Sadly, they had heater problem at that time (they gave me portable heater but it was not enough) and one day they didn't clean my room. But I would love to recommend this hotel due to the employees' service. They were super nice and kind. And the location is also perfect.

Positives Loved how clean and modern the hotel is!! Really gave excellent vibes as you step in. The room was SPARKLING CLEAN. Every corner. Much appreciated. The hotel gave four bottles of water daily.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The tourist fee gave lots of benefits such as the $15 daily credit which was much appreciated. The area the hotel was in felt largely safe in its vicinity. There were lists of info given. Negatives I arrived on thanksgiving and asked front desk if there were any available food offerings near the hotel and got non-answers…. I walked around everywhere only to realise most shops were shut. I felt that front desk could be more helpful. Was locked out of the room when the battery for the door died. I had to go up and down and request for front desk to accompany me up to ensure the door could be quickly fixed. Felt likee there could be more initiative from front desk esp in situations like these which I know isn’t their fault, more of a property issue. But a little initiative goes a long way. The blanket was really thin and didn’t feel like a proper bedding. But overall, I enjoyed my stay.

I was told by Courtyard Marriot that my stay would be covered by Medicaid because I was traveling to a local hospital. I made sure to get that information before booking and was told by them that all I needed was a voucher which I took time to get before traveling. I arrived and the front desk worker was being rude to the two people ahead of me in line. My turn was no different, rude and irritated. Then he said that they wouldn't accept my voucher even though they had told me over the phone this was what to do just a few days prior, then he tried to make this my fault because I didn't remember the employees name that I spoke to. He started implying that we should just cancel the reservation, at midnight, when I had just arrived to the hotel from Alaska with my wife and young child for medical reasons. Then he told me it was 159 a night and charged me 205 a night without telling me the total, and he said it wouldn't post to my account until we checked out and it pulled the money immediately. I spoke to management the next day and they didn't help at all just saying that they stopped taking Alaska Medicaid two years ago and they didn't do anything to right the wrongs made by telling me they would accept it a few days prior. I've travelled a lot in my life, this hotel is nothing special and if you are paying full price it is not worth the stay. The view from the room is a joke unless you like alleyways and staring in other people's windows across the street. The parking is incredibly tight and if you're driving a truck DO NOT go down to the second floor of the parking garage because it very well may not fit, we only had about 2 inches of clearance there. The room was nothing special, you can tell they tried to do some ”styling” and I honestly thought the cabinets were broken because they looked so tacky and strange. Breakfast was a 4/10 and it was not included with the room. It is located right next to a bus stop and there were a lot of homeless people hanging around. If everything else in town is booked this place will get you by, but if you have other options I would strongly consider them. The biggest issue for me was them not honoring what they told me over the phone and making no attempt to correct their mistake and putting my family in a tricky situation at midnight while we were dealing with medical needs after I followed their exact instructions.

Room could have been cleaner, but amenities and staff were both excellent in helping us get a great stay. The bed topper must have been hard to clean for staff and the floor was dirty, but we had it get recleaned and this was fixed. Staff were super helpful and the room tech was a fun feature to have.

I arrived a bit early and dropped bag and got an email to say my room was ready not long after so got to check in early. Everything just works here - friendly staff, all as expected. Gym is awesome and clean too.
