"Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful and varied. Its proximity to the airport was very convenient. I would definitely book this hotel again."
"We stayed 4days @Executive hotel coming from Vancouver. We checked in Aug.14th with Israel who was so nice, friendly & helpful. We chose this hotel as our booked tours listed this also as pick up point. The hotel is conveniently located downtown near Seattle Public Library. Eateries are nearby & walking distance to St. James Catholic Church. We had a good size, comfortable room with street view. Housekeepers were great & made sure we had what we needed. Great experience in this hotel. Highly recommend!"
"We arrived late, but got a Friendly welcome and my son was still able to order a tasty snack. The iPad was missing from our room so we navigated all the amenities using the app and they comp’d us a free breakfast."
"The hotel is good for us. And safe.
The receptionist was very professional. There was a tall boy with a full beard who was very handsome. He added me as a member and upgraded my room type for free. I will definitely come again on my next business trip.
Oh, okay one more.. Nice view from window."
"This is a very new hotel. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even upgraded me to a sea view room for free. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was almost fully booked during our stay, with many guests, but everything was orderly. It's about a 7-minute walk from the subway station after taking one subway line from the airport. The breakfast quality was good, but the variety was a bit limited. It's also quite close to the cruise terminal."
"The hotel is a descent budget hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle. Its location is superior as it is only 5 minutes walk from the Westlake Station and in walking distance to many tourist attractions, including the Pike Flying Fish Market, Space Needle and so on. It is also convenient to travel to other attractions by the city public buses, the King County Metro. For budget travellers like us, it is really value for money.
The hotel is clean and safe with friendly staff and owner. The complimentary breakfast was a surprise and bonus to begin a day in a hectic schedule. The new owner has put in a lot of effort to improve its services."
"This place was ok, service wasn’t the best and a lot of things were just kind of expected of us and not communicated at all. Also we were asked to check out earlier than we planned while we were still asleep despite having paid for a late checkout. We ended up having to show them the charge on our card in order for them to believe us. Also as far as the rooms go, they are tiny. And bathroom is cramped with no privacy. TV did not work with our devices so we were not able to stream almost anything during our stay which I haven’t had to deal with at any hotel in years. Also our view faced the inside of the building which was another building about 15 feet away, so no view which we did not know until we showed up. However, the location is amazing is perfect for any events at Lumen field or T-Mobile Park being only a 10-15 minute walk. For over $600 for two nights, we were less than impressed about our experience."
"Staying here was incredibly convenient for an early morning flight, thanks to their 24-hour airport shuttle service. The room was spacious and clean, and we were even given two bottles of water and cookies upon check-in. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to a nearby mall. We ran into a small hiccup, but Ctrip promptly contacted the hotel and got it resolved. Ctrip truly is dependable!"
"The location and environment of the hotel are beyond words, very good. It is very close to the classic Pike Market, Space Needle, the first Starbucks, and Amazon headquarters. It is very suitable for city tourism, but the hotel has a long history and the related facilities are not so modern. The bathroom is small, and the room is large, but the historical decoration feels a bit old-fashioned, which is not suitable for people who are used to living in modern hotels. It is recommended not to eat breakfast in the hotel. It is very close and convenient outside, and the taste is good. I recommend the nearby Peruvian restaurant. For other food, I recommend the seafood in Pike Market and the crab at No. 57. It is served on the table, very rough and fresh. The Chinese restaurant Danguixuan Sichuan cuisine is very authentic. There is a shopping mall near the hotel and Haidilao. Eating there once can satisfy your craving. There are other places to go in Seattle, such as Mount Rainier, which is recommended. Remember to make an appointment, or go there after 5 pm. North Cascade Park is good. I don’t want to go to Olympic Park because I have been to too many forest parks. Visit the Microsoft headquarters. You can take a look at Bellevue. The game company Valve over there is a temple for game fans and a worry for parents. Boeing has seen too many planes, which are everywhere like toys. There are a lot of Chinese people, so you can stay in Seattle for a few days."
"I was very pleased with everything about this hotel. Its location near the airport is excellent; you can even walk there. It's also conveniently located near car rental pick-up points, which are also within walking distance. If you'd rather not walk, the hotel provides an airport shuttle service. The rooms are large and very spacious. Overall, it was a great stay."

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is very convenient, located in downtown Seattle, and offers great value for money. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sofa bed, making it suitable for a group of friends or families. However, you need to bring your own toothbrush and slippers.
MMarimarsThe room was nice and in a great location. Everything is within walking distance. The gym and rooftop bar were nice as well. Everything was kinda overpriced though compared to other hotels in the same area but still 10/10.
GGuest UserLocations was great next to convention center and walkable to waterfront, Pikes Market and Space Needle. It’s on 6th and 3rd is where all the homeless are but we just went around them. It was fine we walked back to our room at 10pm one night and I felt safe doing that. We’ll return.
BBoyangThe first W hotel I stayed in abroad, compared with the positioning of domestic W, Seattle W is more like a domestic modern four-star standard. The location of the hotel is still very good. It is just next to the famous public library. It is also within walking distance from the most famous Pike Place Market. The style of the hotel is also relatively young. It is an atmosphere full of youth and freedom that is admired by young people.
GGuest UserWe had a decent stay at the house. The room is pretty small but it is clean. The common area are nice with dinner table and chairs, but only have 1 living room chair. Kitchen is nice and clean, unfortunately, there were some issues with ants in the kitchen. The major issue with the house is the noise.. as the wall are very thin which when any other guest walking in the common area or talking in their rooms, you pretty much can hear everything. The common area lights are motion sensitive and unfortunately the door gap in our room are bigger than normal, as anyone walks in the hallway, our door frames would lights up at night and wake me up at night. We didn't get too good of a sleep/rest for this reason.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. You can walk to anywhere! The environment is nice, clean and tidy. Although it is an old hotel, the rooms and bathrooms are not small, and the view from the room is also nice (2336), especially at night. The service attitude of the staff is quite good, and the app used to call a car is also good (Uber), and it arrives very quickly after calling! The staff at the waiting service desk are also very enthusiastic, helping to explain, and also sending the luggage to the car, very responsible! I will come to this hotel again in the future, thank you 🙏🌹
SSherwinF.Location: Excellent, McDonald, space needle, Pop Museum within 5 minutes walk.
Transportation: Very convenient for travel. Only one intersection away from the bus station. Only one transfer is required to the airport.
Space: The bathroom is too small (as shown in the picture), and the size of other things is acceptable.
Environment: Friendly staff, everything is available. Because the room is old, there is a certain smell when you first enter the door, and the smell disappears after turning on the air conditioner. There will be a strange smell in the corridor in the afternoon, but it does not affect the room.
Overall review: The hotel hardware is average but there are no major flaws, it is livable. Especially when the price is obviously one level higher than the nearby hotels.
GGuest UserThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!
PParkDaehanEven though reviews toward this guest house, which were shown in Google, are rather low, I am satisfied with overall features in the house. Especially if you like using public transportation such as buses and trains in Seattle, the location of the house is rather good. It only takes 10-20 minutes from the house to downtown in Seattle. Also, though the size of the room is rather small, but also it was also enough to sleep. However, the drawback in the house is that you can hear the noises from the other rooms. If you are super-sensitive to hearing noises, then I wouldn't recommend the place. However, if you are not sensitive to it, then probably it would be fine.
GgojensengoBooked a room for my parent and the room was amazing. Susan at the front desk did our check in and she was wonderful, attentively explaining every facilities in the hotel.
Location was perfect. In the middle of the downtown, close to the shopping places, all must go places in Seattle city, and also the subway station which can take you to the Mariners T-Mobile Park or the airport.
