It's located in city center.
easy to go Pike place on foot and seattle tower by tram.
quite big room with enough storage space.
kind staff and comfortable with early check in.
Our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding! From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the staff's attention to detail made our experience truly exceptional. Highly recommended for a luxurious and comfortable stay!
Hotel is located right downtown - right across from the Seattle Public Library, and about only 15 minute walk to Pike Place. The building is definitely on the older side/a bit dated inside - but with that being said everything seemed clean and there was no smell of mold or smoke. The staff that we interacted with were fairly friendly - if you are tech able, they do request that you check-in and check-out on the kiosks that they have (honest fairly easy system).
We received 2 bottles of water in the room, which we found to be a nice touch. Our room did have a bit of a cleanliness issue (like other reviews have stated) in terms that we found hair behind the bathroom door, and the comforter-between-sheet did have some fairly long strands of hair (*************************) that either were from improper cleaning or could have been from static when cleaning (giving the benefit of the doubt). Our shower head was semi-broken and sprayed water on the ceiling (which they offered to have maintenance fix, but we were only there for one more night so didn't bother) and our bathroom door did not close (forgot to mention to staff).
Overall for the price it is good, but do not go in with expectation of full-service hotel - as they do state that it would be an additional charge for housecleaning (except if you are staying for more than 7 days, then I believe then you get a complementary service). But with that being said, if you require garbage disposal, any hotel sundries, or additional towels then you can request them.

Parking charges at hotel premises is very costly at USD61 per night including all relevant charges/taxes. There is a open space public carpark just next to the hotel costs only USD30 including charges/taxes. Nevertheless, hotel location is good and easily accessible by walking to many shops and places to eat. Importantly, hotel surrounding is safe.
For this trip to Seattle, I chose the Holiday Inn in the city center. It's not too far from the malls, supermarkets, and attractions, but it's also not super close, so walking around can be a bit tiring, especially since many of the sidewalks are in poor condition. The room size was decent, and the bed was comfortable. The decor was standard. The sliding door to the bathroom was really hard to close; on the first day, I got it shut and then couldn't open it again, so after that, I just left it ajar. Overall, this place offers pretty good value for money.
The hotel is conveniently located, with Monorail and Light Rail around 5 mins walk. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are many F&B options in the hotel.
The hotel is in a prime location with a beautiful environment. It is close to Pike Place, the ferry terminal, and the coastal sightseeing road. The rooms are well-equipped, with good views, and the service is warm and thoughtful. In particular, the handsome waiter can speak a few words in Chinese. He enthusiastically introduced the hotel and the surroundings to us. When he saw us buying a bouquet of flowers, he immediately gave us a vase for us to put in. This hotel is worth recommending.
This is an excellent hotel, especially for transportation. The hotel is about 300 meters from the train station, making it convenient to travel. It is near the Pike Place Market and is close to important tourist attractions in Seattle. Traveling is easy and saves time. The hotel is clean and very safe, providing quality service. Highly recommended.
I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles. I would also like to highlight the exceptional service provided by the door staff and concierge. Their genuine hospitality made a big difference in my experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and a memorable stay.
The biggest problem is that the wooden base of the bed is very sharp, and there is a passage less than one meter away next to it, so it is easy to get hit on the legs. Our family of three was hit more than once. If someone is using the office chair next to it, you will probably get hit if you don't walk sideways. (As shown in the picture). The front desk was reluctant to serve us, and their expression was very reluctant. The water for the shower was not hot enough.

Great
JJiangjiang01The location is great. It's within ten minutes' walk to the pier and Pike Place. Because it's on 1st Street, there's no need to climb uphill to get to Pike Place, which saves a lot of effort. In addition, it is also close to the light rail station and bus station.
There is a paid breakfast downstairs, the cost is linked to the room rate, you can order your own food, the waiting time is a bit long, but the taste is good.
The one-time price of taking a taxi to the airport is 45 knives, and 50 knives are included in the room charge when booking through the hotel.
GGuest UserVery good, the hotel facilities are very new, the room size is moderate, the only drawback is that breakfast is not provided, and the surrounding neighborhood is not suitable for going out alone at night. The hotel gym facilities are very good.
BBoyangThe first W hotel I stayed in abroad, compared with the positioning of domestic W, Seattle W is more like a domestic modern four-star standard. The location of the hotel is still very good. It is just next to the famous public library. It is also within walking distance from the most famous Pike Place Market. The style of the hotel is also relatively young. It is an atmosphere full of youth and freedom that is admired by young people.
GGuest UserThe room is quite good and new, and the location is good to walk to eat lobster rolls. The only bad point is that parking is very troublesome. The hotel does not have a parking lot. It can be valet parking, but because it is a traffic light on the street, it is easy to miss, or there are too many cars and there is no place to park, it will be very troublesome.
TtinaNewer hotel, everything is expensive 😂, toothbrush and toothpaste have to bring your own, if you want the hotel to have a set of 20 dollars, parking fee 60 dollars a day, and finally you need to pay the city fee and tax, the room is very clean, the scenery is very good, we live in a sea view room, you can watch the sunrise and sunset on the bed, Walking can reach many attractions
CcauliflowerI visited with my family. The lobby desk staff was so friendly and I felt good. I also had breakfast at the restaurant below because I used my destination fee points. They were friendly and the food was good. The location was relatively safer than the market area, so I liked it.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very clean and tidy, and the staff is extremely friendly. I requested hot water, and they even brought it to my room in a teapot, and it was delivered very quickly. On the day we arrived in Seattle, they allowed us to check in early, which was a great help. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Seattle. The location is also very convenient.
GGuest UserA historic hotel with a large enough room, divided into two areas: living room and bedroom. The location is also convenient, and you can walk to the famous Pike Place Market and its surroundings. The front desk service is also very good. We arrived at the hotel at 12 noon, and normally check in at 4 pm, but when we asked about parking, we were arranged to check in as there was a room available. The experience was very good and it will be my first choice next time I go to Seattle.
