Selaparang Hotels with Swimming Pools

The hotel deserves a fifth star. We had an amazing time. The breakfast was excellent, and the location is great, close to restaurants and cafes. Also, the hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly.

My family stayed here for 2 nights. It was super nice they gave our room an extra bed on the day of our arrival, however we had teribble experience in the first night. Our room had several electricty power failure several times (6 - 7 times) and finally they offer us to move to other room, and suddenly they charged for extra bed, I was so upset and told the receptionist to put the extra bed charge to our bill and I asked to meet the manager first in the morning. In the morning i met Ibu Aming their hotel manager, she was super nice and being sympathetic, after hearing my story she waive extra bed charge from our bill and even offer us to upgrade to deluxe room. I definitely recommend Sunwood Hotel if you are looking for city hotel in Mataram, they got everything you need, pool, spa, restaurant and variety of foods in breakfast buffet.

For such modest money, very good quality service. Good internet was important to us, here it was provided to us without any problems. The pasta in the restaurant is just the bomb!!! Everything in the room is clean and new. Bed linen can be seen that expensive and very pleasant to the body. Thank you! I recommend)
