1st time travel to Semporna for family trip. Check in this hotel and only know that only provide 2 towels for 2 adults and 1 children. Need to pay extra charge for the additional towel. During check out, was told need to pay the penalty for make their towel dirty. Which this is the 1st time we face for our experience traveling around. Just paid the penalty as we are rushing for time. Not a very nice experience. Recommend for they who really want to check in this hotel, need to take care extra precaution when using their amenities, they are fussy then other 5 star hotel.

1) Breakfast - next door chinese restaurant with 2 noodle soup option daily, drinks just mineral water. STAFF THAT DOESNT HAVE A SMILE ON THEIR FACE 2) Front desk is helpful and pick up call fast 3) Only 1 key card is given 4) Walk in rate RM340, better direct walk in than booking online ( i paid RM450 per night)

The room was clean and the service was friendly. No one could speak Chinese, so translation software was needed. The downside was that we could only check in at 3pm. If you arrived early, you could just go outside. Check out was at 12pm. Smoking was not allowed in the room. If the towels in the room were stained with what they thought were indelible stains, they would charge a towel fee of RM50 each. I made an appointment for an island hopping tour at 9am in the morning, left my luggage at the front desk, and returned to the hotel to pick up my luggage at 2pm. There was no room for you to take a shower, even if you paid. You were not allowed to use the bathroom on the first floor. It was so sour to take a plane with mud all over my body.

The location is not bad, it's only a ten-minute walk from the pier. But there are really few people, too many motorcycles at night. If you mind this, I suggest you book a water house or a place farther away. The facilities are OK and acceptable. You can see the sunrise in the morning, although it is blocked by the Haifeng Hotel. I booked breakfast, and the braised beef noodles at Sabah Lele are not bad. Check-out is also quite fast, about three to five minutes, and I didn't encounter the malicious fines mentioned on the Internet. There is a person at the front desk who can speak Chinese.

The hotel service is good, clean and sanitary, the staff will take the initiative to help, the food is good, it is very good to stay in such a hotel in the peak season, I will definitely book it again if I have the chance

The room is very big, the bed is of a suitable size, the scenery is beautiful, the sea water is super clean, the room is directly connected to the water, which is very convenient. The children also like the net bed very much.
