Very good location and clean but some service is not as I expected

A delightful hotel which is very accessible by bus. There is no Metro nearby, but a plethora of bus services ply nearby main roads. Got a room which accommodates four adults comfortably. The rooms are well furnished, beds are quite comfortable - they are firm which is to my liking. However, pillows can be better - too soft. The toilet is spacious for sure. Balcony opens up to views from an apartment across. Breakfast is delightful - good selection. Can be crowded especially when there is a tour group. This hotel eems popular with tour groups. I'd stay here again.

Large and spacious room, generally clean. A bit of a walk to the tourist sites, but overall safe location. Reception staff are not accommodating to last minute needs or lake checkout.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Although it is not close to the subway station, there is a bus stop near the hotel, and it takes just over 20 minutes to walk to Termini Station, so it was not a burden to walk occasionally. It was nice that check-in and check-out were done quickly. I think this hotel is very good value for money at an affordable price.

The accommodation fee is too expensive compared to the facilities. It's clean, but it's very outdated. Because it is far from major tourist attractions, only those who have enough time in their schedule should consider choosing accommodation.

We are a couple and stayed two nights. The room was clean, but we had a room with single beds even though we had requested a double bed. Our room was next to another and unfortunately "our neighbors" were very noisy and we could hear everything since the walls were very thin, and therefore we did not rest and stay well.

The water dripping in the toilet is noisy for three days in a row

The service of the hotel front desk staff is very good, the breakfast is good, and it is not far from the scenic spot by car. However, the hotel's air conditioner is a bit noisy, and the cleanliness of the carpet is average. All in all, I am satisfied.
