Well, I have never given a hotel an unsatisfactory rating. I arrived at the hotel at 6.30 p.m., which is not an unusual time. The building is in a converted house and has a security door and bell on the ground floor. No one answered my bell. The neighboring hotel opened the door for me and I dragged my luggage to the third floor. The same situation here, no one opened the door when I rang. Then I called the number from Agoda - no answer. I got WiFi and wrote an email. A little worried about the situation, I called other hotels and found a room. In the meantime I got a WA saying that I was waiting for me. I wrote that I had found another room in the meantime and that the room price should be refunded. The hotel was closed because they were praying. Agoda has not yet given any final information after 3 days either. Be careful if you book here.
