The room is nice, the boss is a very nice person, he will take us to the pier every morning to go out to sea, next time if I come to Semporna again, I will choose this homestay again! 👏

The B&B is a little far from the city but it doesn't matter because there are many restaurants near the B&B. Even if you take food home from outside, there is a large dining area and the air is fresh.

The worst B&B I stayed in. Except that the boss can speak Chinese, there is no other advantage. The three large rooms I originally booked were told that they were sold out. I reluctantly changed to two very small rooms. Although I refunded the price difference, I was not comfortable. There were mosquitoes in the room. There was no toilet paper on the first night. Breakfast was just coffee bags and sliced ​​bread. I didn't know what to eat on the first day. It was raining at noon and I didn't want to go out to eat. I asked the boss to buy a few eggs. It was 2 Malaysian ringgits each and I could have fried them myself, but I was warned to use more oil and buy it myself. The eggs were not fresh and the yolk was scattered. I went to buy some fruits to eat the next morning. It is far from the town. The taxi costs 13-18 Malaysian ringgits each time, depending on the time. From the boss to the waiter, no one smiles. It feels very bad.

The room is very clean. The boss speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, and Malay. He answers all questions, so communication is smooth. The boss helped us sign up for a one-day snorkeling tour, which is economical and affordable. The boss also provides free pick-up and drop-off at the pier. Next time I go to Semporna, I will choose this homestay again😁

When checking in, the clerk asked for a 50 MYR deposit. When checking out, another clerk refused to admit that he had received our deposit and refused to return it. This is quite speechless. In addition, there are no toiletries in the store, so you need to bring your own.

The location is good and not far from the county town. The hotel is clean and spacious. It is quiet at night. The boss is very nice and handsome. He will drive us to the county town. My sister and I met two very nice girls at the B&B. The four of us We eat, drink and have fun together. The boss is also a diving enthusiast. On our first day of island hopping, he went diving with us and took a lot of photos for us underwater. The only regret is that it was cloudy every day for four days and I look forward to our next trip to Semporna (in the end One is the boss)

Originally booked this hotel, but it was fully booked, so arranged to stay in another hotel... Other hotels with poor sanitation... Ants everywhere in the room, bread and cakes on the table were full of ants🐜... The hotel is still some distance from the town, and I was not satisfied with the stay after spending money... I ranked this hotel second in terms of comfort). 2. This hotel has a pier pick-up service once in the morning and evening, and it doesn't have pick-up like other hotels at other times. The question is: You also said it was other hotels, but we are a homestay here. PS: The boss's Chinese level is really high and he can pronounce words well. (Here is a special note, it is not easy to get a taxi in Semporna Town, and you often have to wait for 30-60 minutes, and it is very expensive to take a taxi at night. If you add the travel expenses, the price and convenience of this hotel will have no advantage) 3. It is recommended to stay here if you are good at English or Malay. It is really not easy to communicate with the front desk.

The house price was very cheap. It was in a villa area owned by local residents. The house price was spacious, the bathroom was big, and it was very clean. The kitchen and dining room are in the yard, and the purchased papaya guava can be washed and cut. There are also yoga mats, balls, and guitars. The service staff can help book island hopping, the price is reasonable, and there is free transfer to the pier. Because there are small ants in the tropics, food cannot be brought into the room. Used tableware must be cleaned by yourself, but some people do not comply and are speechless. The cats are very friendly and can be petted at will.
