Room is clean, neat, strong AC, good water pressure for shower ahaha. Hotel located in a local household area, about 3km-4km distance to the town. They do provide pick up service from the port to the hotel during our check in day as well as shuttle van service btw 6:30-8:30 evening.

The hotel is in a small alley, and the taxi location is very accurate. I stayed there for five days, and the overall feeling was not bad. There are many hotels in Semporna, it depends on how you choose. It is quieter here than in town. The disadvantage is that the convenience is not as good as in town, but I don’t think it affects daily food, accommodation and transportation. The boss can provide free shuttle bus to and from town every day, but there are fixed time points, and the journey is about 15 minutes. If you want to drink some beer when you return home at night, it is best to buy it in advance at the supermarket. The boss also has beer, but sometimes it is in short supply, haha. The boss is nice, and the overall evaluation is OK to me! Figures 1 and 2 are the hotel, and Figure 3 is the place to fill your stomach at the entrance of the hotel.

I recommend staying here. The environment is nice, it's like a utopia. It's very convenient to be picked up in town every day. The beautiful boss is enthusiastic. In short, this is the most comfortable accommodation experience in Malaysia.

I didn’t expect too much at the beginning. I saw other hotels on Ctrip saying that the hotel bedsheets were basically not good and the environment was the same because we entered the beach. Because I was going to stay in town for one night, I randomly booked a hotel that looked good. This hotel was newly opened in March. From the outside, it looked ordinary. The room is clean and tidy. It was newly opened in 24 years. You can buy seafood and cook it yourself. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are also billiards and mahjong barbecue. It’s just right if you go to Semporna to experience diving. The proprietress herself is a diving instructor. Very friendly people. Full transfer by car.

In short, the room is not luxurious, but the bed is very comfortable. Because it is newly opened, many supporting facilities are not yet complete. The hotel has pick-up and drop-off services from all over the place, including to the airport. Even if we didn't stay later, the boss was also enthusiastic to help us book the service. As a diving instructor, he also gave my wife a lot of guidance. Of course, there are shortcomings, mainly the poor sound insulation, but it will be quiet after 12 o'clock at night. However, this varies from person to person. On the first day, we were very tired and wanted to sleep when we arrived at the hotel, so we felt noisy. On the second day, we drank and chatted with the boss and other guests downstairs, and became noisy guests downstairs, haha. The boss who loves to drink, the boss lady who loves to smoke, and the uncle who loves to play cards on his mobile phone are all kind and passionate but rough good people. In short, this is a good hotel, but the real good place is not the hardware but the humanistic feelings. It is also not suitable for everyone. People with delicate hearts and yearning for personal solitude and emptiness are not recommended to choose this hotel, because they may be noisy or feel offended by the enthusiastic boss, but if you are open-minded and want to come and communicate with tourists from all over the world to understand different cultures, I strongly recommend this hotel

The room is very clean and comfortable. The proprietress is super nice. If there is no car at night, she will personally take us to the convenience store to buy things. I stayed for three nights and had a great experience. The breakfast is also delicious. There will be a shuttle bus to take us to the pier for free and pick up dinner!

This 4-day trip to Semporna was enhanced by staying at Xinxin Cottage. Highly recommended 1: The bedding is clean and comfortable, the hot water for bathing is convenient, and the towels are of good quality. 2: The boss is very nice and can solve problems. I couldn't find a boat to go out to sea on the first day of island hopping because I booked it too late, and it was the boss who found it for me. The chartered car for our return trip to the airport was contacted by the boss. The most popular restaurant was recommended by the boss, and we ate there for three days. After snorkeling on the last day, we had already checked out, and the boss let the 9 of us take a shower in the hotel's public toilet, so that we could catch the plane back to Kuala Lumpur comfortably. In short, I highly recommend everyone to stay here.
