Very very small room Has Elevator Location can be laud. Staff very helpful. Expensive for what it is due to location and size of room.

Great location, although it may be a bit noisy during evening time due to the bars near by. Room size is good for me, as a solo traveller, even with a huge luggage. And as I dive every day during my stay, balcony is a plus to drive and hang my equipments. And I’m happy with re mattress. There’s no fridge in the room - but I guess it’s the same in all hotels in that area.

a lot of convenient stores around. meeting point of tours are in few minutes walk. Staffs are friendly. Check in and out are quick. if you are not sensitivity with some noises such as motor boat at morning or karaoke at night, this place is nice.

While Pacific Inn served its purpose for a night, I might explore other options when returning from Mabul. The rooms at Pacific Inn are compact but quiet, clean, and reasonably well-equipped. The air conditioning works well, and the WiFi is reliable.

Reception weren’t openly friendly. Felt like I had to smile a lot to get them to smile too. Housekeeping on the other hand were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Probably could do with somewhere to put their laundry or food stocks. They did seem to be permanently sitting in the stairwell or reception. Back entrance ramp was very slippery. Proceed with caution. Otherwise nice place, clean, tidy.

Seaview room with balcony have better view. Room still very small Breakfast is sick. very day almost the same. with stay there 3 nights only take once. The waitress are bad, expecially the person who make the drink. shouted at me while i try to tell him what is my order after they delivery wrong drinks 2nd time to me. and only limited to a few drinks. I try order Teh O ice limau they said it is extra charge, so Teh O Ice without limau is free.

The room is really small. The location is just next to jeti umum, so the traffic is really bad and noisy. Those who drives, good luck in finding parking spot. They also have limited tv channels because the targeted tourist from China. However, the service is good. If I meant to come again, I would choose hotel outside this area due to bad traffic.

Trip customer service and hotel is very helpful. Room that we get is quite small, but is okay and clean. Staff also okay. Breakfast is good also but for drinks u have only two choice either coffee or tea. Not sure whether can request for refill or not. Overall stay is okay for this who looking for room to sleep only and the rest day will enjoying the island hopping. There is no nearby laundary, u need to take 5 minutes grab unless u will to walk for 1km carrying your laundry beg
