The TV didn't turn on, and when it did, the Netflix login information of the previous guest was still there, so I was worried that my personal information was leaking.
The towels smelled really bad, and the bathroom had a really strong drainage smell, so I didn't feel comfortable.
Just then, in the middle of the night, the fire alarm rang loudly, and even though I had just gotten out of the bath, I quickly went outside and evacuated, and hurried down the stairs from the top floor, the 11th floor.
The alarm didn't stop, and a staff member came and dealt with it, but it didn't stop for about 30 minutes, so I had to wait outside shivering in the cold for a while.
In the end, it turned out to be a false alarm, but even though I had taken a bath, I was sweating and my body got cold afterwards, so it was a really terrible stay. (About 30 people came down from the room.)
Even though I had such a terrible experience, there was not a single apology when I checked out, and they contacted me on Line to check out early, even though my check-out was not delayed.
I have never been to a hotel with such terrible customer service before. I was really looking forward to it because it's one of my favorite hotels, so I'm very disappointed.
