Ac is not good there is so hot

The location is fantastic. One minute walk to either side LINE 1 or Line 4 of the subway. The room is clean but the only down side is that the bathroom always smell like ****. But if keeping the door closed that's ok.

Great location for yongsan and very cheap. Lot of great small business around. It is hidden on top of a shop but over all gear place. I wish it had a bathtub.

Smoking is permitted inside the room, so an ashtray is provided. As I am a non-smoker, I was bothered by the smell of cigarettes. The room had a window, so it was nice to have some ventilation. The staff were young and responded immediately to requests. For example, if you wanted extra towels or water. There were stairs to enter the building. My room was on the second floor, but there were no stairs, so it was difficult to carry my luggage in. There are two nearby stations, Sinjongseok and Yongseok, so it's easy to go sightseeing. The KTX also stops at Yongseok, so it was very easy to travel within Korea. The KTX to Seoul Station was full and I couldn't buy a ticket, but the KTX that only goes to Yongseok was very empty and I was able to relax. Of course, there was a place to put my suitcase and there was no one next to me. It was also easy to carry my luggage to Exit 5 to Line 4 using the escalator. Amenities were provided, and a hair iron and a powerful hair dryer were a plus. There was also a bathtub, which is rare in Korea, so I thought it was great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The water pressure in the shower was also sufficient.

The hotel, which was nondescript in appearance, turned out to have very high service inside. Receiving the key to the room from the machine. The administrator calls the phone next to the machine (sees that you have approached, clarifies the information and sends you the key through the machine) The room included robes, soap and toiletries, a full set in the bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel.

I applied for a refund 24 hours in advance due to health issues, but the hotel did not respond for almost a week, and finally refused to refund. The attitude 👎

As expected, I stayed another day yesterday. Because of its good accessibility, it is suitable to look around after work and then move on to another place the next day, so we stayed one more day.
