Very great warm welcome from the team! The front desk team Rocio, Christine and Maria were very efficient and quick. They greeted me with a warm smile and left a pleasant surprise in my room for my birthday! This hotel is perfectly situated next to a Lidl and bus stop right outside which takes you to main Palma in 35 minutes. There are many ports, beaches and marinas nearby too which you can visit. I stayed in an upgraded premium room which had a great flat screen tv, comfortable twin beds and good modern bathroom (I care a lot about toilets when going away!) will highly recommend Indico Hotel to anyone from solo, couples or families

The hotel was clean and fresh....... Food was average.... But that was the only good thing about it! From the outset we were dropped off at the bottom of the road, not having a clue where we were going, as coaches can rarely access the hotel on the narrow road - be prepared to drag yourself uphill with your luggage! Predominantly German or Dutch guests, the staff spoke very poor English and didn't understand half of our questions! The receptionist gentleman was very abrupt and rude, not helpful at all. We weren't told about any of the available amenities, no information in the rooms either which wasn't good!! The pool looked like it had an oil slick over for 3 days and was too cold to swim in, we weren't told where the indoor pool was. The rooms were small, but the balcony was even smaller, not good if you are afraid of heights as they were glass fronted! The fuse box which buzzed all night was loud and the aircon which switched itself on and off regularly also kept you awake. The pool bar served a small selection of drinks, but most had to be sent down from the main bar, you couldn't pay for them, it was added to your room tab, which annoyed people. The holiday stated you could watch the chef cook your food, but only if you ate what they were cooking at the time!! This hotel lacked the 4 star rating it had been given, we have stayed in better 3 star hotels, my advise to English traveller - there are better places to stay so find somewhere else!!

August 2024, two weeks at Dunas Blancas, Majorca. 1. Modern, hotel, smart reception, room to match, especially liked the open wardrobe and proper mattress, both of us slept very well. 2. New looking bathroom, extra shaving mirror was a great addition. 3. Service was noticeably good at all points, reception, dining room and housekeeping. 4. Gym, small but perfectly formed, early seemed to be the best time to use it. 5. Access to the beach is directly through the hotel, it’s a good sandy beach, got lots of use. 6. What a great hotel, good looking, comfortable and relaxing.

Contrary to the reviews, we found this hotel to be really good and had a lovely stay there. The place was very clean everywhere, the staff very friendly, the rooms clean, smart and well furnished with modern furniture and even had plenty of coat hangers. The air conditioning worked well too. The bathroom was a partial wet room and plenty of hot water. To our surprise we had maid service changing towels every day. The restaurant was buffet style for breakfast and evening meal. The food was plentiful, varied, fresh and lots of choice for all meals. The variety of both breakfast and evening meals changed daily. The hotel was a few minutes from the seafront being a couple of cross streets away. It was quiet as was the surrounding area. The pool area was fine and gave a pleasant area to have evening drinks prior to eating. All in all, a very impressive hotel for a three star rated one and yes, we would definitely stay there again. Our only comment is that it would be nice if guests dressed up for at least dinner but you cannot win them all.
