Hotel is in superb location. Very close to all attractions. We had a good stay. Service recovery was efficient after a hiccup during check in. Breakfast was enjoyable. However, hotel can be hard to locate as the hotel sign was small and it took us a few rounds of going in circles to find it.

Nice hotel and great customer service. Bought the breakfast option and it was actually not bad for the price. They also offer free coffee mini bar at 6pm. The room I got has stairs, so be cautious when opening the door! My room has patio and it is very private. Location is really good, close distance to the attractions. Recommended.

All great but, of course, because I was alone, they didn’t give ne the room I booked but a bit less good one, they gave mine to a couple I met. Fortunately, all the rest was perfect

My room is on the third floor, the sun is very bright, and the location is very close to the church and the palace.

The property was excellent 5 years ago but this recent stay the hotel had lots of water damage so our bathroom was moldy and smelly. The front desk staff were not so hospitable except for Alejandro he was amazing. Love the location!

The service of the staff was fabulous. Furthermore, this hotel is in the middle of downtown, and all the events, many great restaurants and bars on walking distance. Rooms were spacious, clean and well prepared.

Great area but very disappointed with hotel- pool advertised but was empty. Bathroom needed upgrade - especially basin. Staff friendly. Great ******* customer service though

Overall good, the ceiling in the hall had many large water leaks the rooftop bar and pool were not in order not clean not working

We had a lovely stay at Halo. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great, there was a little bit of noise at night from the street cleaning but not for long and certainly not anything that would put me off staying here again. It’s in a great spot and a lovely feel down all the little alleyways with various little bars/cafes.

Very cute hotel in a nice location. They gave no assistance pre hand with parking making arrival and check in a nightmare. You have to illegally park and walk to the hotel. I was then given instructions to parking that did not exist. Parking it what hopefully was acceptable but a good 10 minute walk from the hotel. Didn’t seem safe. The room was nice but freezing cold. The heat did not work and I froze all night long. The toilets didn’t flush, the bath tub facet didn’t work so I couldn’t use the bathtub. There wasn’t a hair dryer in the room, the phone to reception didn’t work and I had to wait at reception for 10 minutes in order to get one. The marble floors throughout are beautiful, however they don’t look like they have been cleaned in years. Someone was out vacuuming the hallway outside my room at 2am. They need to shut down and do a deep clean and major hotel repair. Until then they should not be offering 4 star accommodations.

The person that received us was so nice and the treatment so awesome. He walked us all the way to our room and showed us around. I would definetly come back again. This was my second time renting a room.

Everything is good. The gentlemen in front desk were very helpful and gave us warm welcome. The only downside is the WiFi. Our room couldn’t be covered by the WiFi, even though the front desk has tried the best to assist, the WiFi wasn’t working still. Hope to improve this part.

I loved the location of this hotel. The staff are very helpful. I had a problem with the AC not working in my room and they switched me to another room. I love that each room is unique and spacious. They have a little snack hour during Siesta which is a nice touch. The breakfast was decent. It would be nice if they switched things up every morning so you don’t get bored with the selections. Why I didn’t give full stars is the horrible WiFi. Other than that, I would stay here again just for the location. I loved the area and Sevilla. Also, next door sells Pastéis de Nata. Yumm!!!
