The service was always on point and the staff is very friendly and willing to assist. The location is perfect and it's easy to move around. The shopping mall is not far. If you don't have a car you can easily use a Didi and it'll take you wherever you wish to go. The room was spacious and very clean. The only downside is that we didn't have a lot of food options during breakfast, as we're vegans. Most food items had meat, sea food or eggs. Hopefully I'll find more food options without meat, seafood or eggs, as I'll be coming back in the near future.

One of the best resorts in Shanghai. Very suitable for children’s as well as teens. The wave pool is awesome specially in summer June - Aug. The barbecue is good in winter. Very close to city center and the surrounding rural life is also a good experience. We make sure to visit once in a year !

Amazing dog friendly hotel, and they really do think about what dog owners want, such as dogs allowed in the restaurant, dog pool and a garden to the room. Loved it and wish could have stayed longer- however isn’t cheap! Food at breakfast and dinner was great. 30 mins away from Dong wetlands

A very pleasant stay! We only stayed the one night to pick up a family member from the airport early the next morning, but the hotel had a free shuttle that made everything very easy.

We went to Disney and stayed at this hotel through a friend's recommendation. The location was very quiet and spacious, and there were three different price options available. Through the friend's recommendation, we chose the Qube Hotel and got to know each other. We choose the seafood buffet evening shift at primus hotel Western Restaurant, with very fresh ingredients and a wide variety of food options, which is very worthwhile. During the meal, I met the senior manager of the Western restaurant, Ms. Atina Tan. She provided very professional standard service, smiling service, and smooth communication. This service and hotel service are worthy of our trust and choice. We strongly recommend everyone to choose this hotel.

Shanghai was unblocked, and I brought my baby to Jinshan to see it. I booked this hotel. At first, I saw a parent-child room, but after a little hesitation, it was booked out~ Then I immediately booked a balcony double bed~ I communicated with the hotel by phone before. I think it would be better if there is a parent-child room, but it is too popular. I am sure that there is no parent-child room, and the twin room is maintained. When I arrived at the store, I learned that the hotel helped us upgrade the re-examination room, and the room type is the same as the parent-child room! Very sweet and amazing! Thank you to the lady who communicated on the phone at that time and the lady at the front desk who I met at the check-in~ and Xiao Gu who checked out~ and the aunt who sent the fruit. They are all very kind service staff! I will still stay at this hotel when I go to Jinshan in the future~ I am very impressed with our Dragon Boat Festival!

The room is okay, the service from the lady at the front desk is very good, there are really not many types of breakfast, and the bathtub is really big. The hotel is very close to the city beach, opposite to Bailian, it is very convenient to eat!

The breakfast is very good. Wanda is opposite and very convenient. 2 pieces of laundry service are delivered: pretty good, with a light fragrance. The electricity price for charging in the underground garage is 2.3 kilowatt hours throughout the day, which is a bit expensive. The 24-hour gym is okay. The lights in the room are connected in series, which is a bit stupid, the sink cannot store water, the desk lamp is broken, the light in the wardrobe has poor contact, and the phone screws are seriously loose.
