The staff at the front desk of the hotel are very considerate. They asked us if we needed laundry supplies when we checked in, and gave us mineral water when we went out; the room is very quiet and spacious, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, which is my favorite decoration; there are many types of breakfast, and Hot wontons and noodles can be ordered, worth the money! will come again next time!

It was nice to see that there's a small kitchen, but on the other hand, there was no refrigerator. (B's Service Apartment in the same building was a better value.) Also, on my second day, I was sick and a room cleaner opened the door and yelled in the room at 9:30 in the morning. What the hell??? I've had room service people knock on my door as early as 10:00 before. But I've never had one actually open my door, yell and wake me up. Come on, man.

Superb infinity pool! The steam room and sauna are an excellent way to prepare for a wonderful night out in the big smoke! Overall, an oasis of peace in the heart of the big city.

I liked the place very much , it has everything you need for a short stay and the price is affordable for the quality of room you will get in the hotel. At front desk everybody can speak English so there isn't a problem to communicate and ask if you have any problem. I only had one small problem because they were knocking on my door two days in the morning at 9am and they woke me up , so when I checked out I asked them why they did that and they said because they want to wash clothes and clean shoes. There was a label that you can take called DND ( don't knock the door ) and nobody will disturb you. Next time when I come there I will take DND . Have a nice stay at the hotel , it's really cool and clean.

The hotel location is really near to metro line And easy to find food. The staffs are very nice and helpful The best part is the hotel has the delivery robot which will delivery any delivery food direct to room . Will.back to book pu jue hotel once back to shanghai

Nice area near Zhongshan park, Room on The street but quiet once window was closed, no washing machine for laundry, and breakfast was by small box, no restaurant room, but good place to stay for the nice area good bakery beside

The service staff here are friendly and professional. My room is clean and I like the layout of it. I have no complaints. Would stay here again in the future.
