Great things: The water pressure of the shower was really good. Room was quiet, tv was a smart tv where you could connect your phone for your own entertainment. There was a robot which would deliver my food deliveries. Amenities were always refreshed. There was a washing machine which you could use for free. Entrance of the metro station is like 1 minute away. You get an 'electricity' card so that there will always be electricity on in your room. So when you come back to your room from a hot day. you will get in a cool room. Not so nice things: English capabilities from the staff. (i had a local friend which helps me translate thus i didn't have problem, but can imagine other foreigners can have difficulties checking in) The view of the room was to another building, thus very dark.

No windows and very loud construction. Hard to sleep when there are loud banging sounds... Also they did not try to accommodate me with anything due to these issues.

Decent stay this time. Stay away from the elevator and it is quiet enough. Subway is less than a 2 minute walk.

Breakfast spread is good, location is excellent as is beside metro Line 14, room of decent size

This hotel was a fantastic choice for our stay. While the staff didn't speak English fluently, they went above and beyond to communicate with us. They always had a translation app handy and were genuinely friendly and helpful. Despite the language barrier, we never felt lost or confused. The staff's willingness to assist really made our stay enjoyable. On top of that, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for our needs. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. They made us feel welcome and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience.

I have stayed here few times, I like the location. I think now the price is a bit high

Hotel was right next to a train station and there were lots of rental bikes available. Location is just a few junctions down from the city park, and just two or three stations away from shopping/historic districts. The hotel was really into promoting sustainability and culture, with their in-house tea and coffee varieties + recycling separation. Cleaning was always prompt. Room was v spacious, and even came with a desk for working. There were also game, golf and library facilities but didn't have time to check out those. Staff were v helpful esp upon check-in when I was trying to connect to their WiFi. I didn't have a Chinese mobile number so the staff helped to settle it with their in-house phone. Staff also assured that they were available 24/7 even though it was getting late.

I had an issue with the hotel’s security processes. During my stay, my parents were given access to my hotel room by the reception staff without my consent or knowledge, while I was out, and with my parents (who were not staying in this hotel) only letting them know my name and their relation to me (with no proof) to be allowed entry. While I had no issue with them going into my room this instance, I worry about what this extremely lax attitude re: guests’ room security taken by the staff might mean if seemingly anyone is allowed to simply show up, recite a guest’s name, and be escorted to their room and allowed full access, without that guest once being contacted (before or after). The location, room size/cleanliness/amenities were all fine, but please be wary of this, especially if travelling solo.

Decent room and services. Don't expect a view or something.

Convenient location just next to subway station. Staff helpful. Didn’t take breakfast. A little noisy since I was on the 2nd floor.

Impeccably clean, nicely laid out, good serviceco，consistent hotel room and amenities right next to the subway. The only reason I did not give it a perfect score is because there are no nearby good restaurants except for a Starbucks. Will need to use the subway or walk 1km to the three tall Shanghai towers.
