一篇中肯的超級差評，11月4日凌晨1點半左右到達，前台給的我預訂的家庭房，打開房門沒看見商家圖片及視頻裏的沙發及寬敞的房間，衹有一個迷你水吧枱（我特意挑的價格最高的家庭房，因自己孩子太小，睡覺怕掉地所以靠沙發擋住）於是找前台核實，前台告知我家庭房已滿，無法更換，我再次要求看有沙發的房間，但是沙發都不可移動，家人二次下樓交涉結果是退50元或延遲2小時退房，此時已經凌晨3點。家人説2選1早晨答覆就上樓睡覺了（前台是這樣説的：“家庭房也不一定有沙發）我想補充的是（那您家圖片算是欺詐嗎，我們是如圖預訂的，關鍵是我要擋小孩睡覺用）。早晨6點左右隔壁房門開始報警，持續近1小時，拖着疲憊的身體又下樓找前台搞隔壁的房門。幾乎一夜未睡，7點45樓上開始瘋狂的裝修，聲音巨大。於是打攜程投訴，結果是延遲到3點退房及機場送機，因為投訴了攜程本不想再此評價，但是最氣人的服務員來了（下樓退房問前台可以叫車了嗎？前台：“您給我們寫個五星好評，給您叫車。我詫異的問前台這是叫車的條件嗎？）作為酒店的工作人員不為我的此行體驗解釋或者有一點點的歉疚，上來就是以打車為要挾讓我給“五星”好評，您真的臉大。
